- 100% remote
- is extremely ill-equipped to do their jobs. Which would normally be of little consequence to an experienced Recruiter. Except; they require Management review/approval for all Client submittals. Again; when Management is ill-equipped. Leaves a lot of the Recruiter’s work wasted (Whether Recruiter has 5 weeks or 15 years experience. Recruiter’s knowledge/experience is disregarded in favor of Management’s instinct (which has a very low success rate))
The fact job is 100% remote. *** That being said: As inept as Management appears to be across a multitude of disciplines. An argument could probably be made that 100% remote might not be the best situation. As there serve to be a lack of cohesiveness/culture.
Leadership: I would be hard-pressed to feel comfortable of an endorsement of any sort of Iconma leadership. During my time of employment; I had seen them run off many well established Recruiters because of lack of respect for respect gor Recruiters’ prior experiences and knowledge. In favor of the whim of Management who is reasonably quite a bit less experienced in disciplines. I do not not have any experience of forest contact with CEO. - I can claim that I had mailed Certified mail letter to Ms George and 3 other St Executives in the organization; with concerns of specific practices/policies observed that Ms George seemed to take pride in avoiding in her Company. I never received a follow up from neither of the 4 recipients.
Based on observations of current as well as former Iconma employees; the general consensus around “company culture” is lacking at best; toxic at worst. I believe a majority of this is do to the Recruiters not entrusted to do any aspects of their jobs without a very heavy input from Management. And it is not helping when that input is proven incorrect majority of time.
I had quite a few years experience in the Industry. Recruiting the same specific clients/positions as the position I was interviewing for. I felt pretty comfortable in my abilities. So I spent my time researching Iconma, LLC itself and the history of company and CEO Ms George.
Base: Comparable to Competition Commissions: Structure is competitive (The issue is as process is currently constructed. Commissions are going to be few and far between)

I enjoyed speaking with Contractors that I had worked with in the past at other companies to see it they wanted to come on board at Iconma for those same roles. And being able to utilize those relationships and transition them over to Iconma instead. Based solely on the strengths of our relationships established, Unfortunately ; every single time. Iconma Management just clearly did not want them over to Iconma.
The Technology I get to work with
Low Salary and it’s a physical labor job
