    Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, from planning to completion. The PM is also responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project management cycle are successfully completed. Responsible for providing management oversight for all phases of assigned Interior commercial construction projects in our South Florida office region. Responsibilities Oversees the construction project from start to finish. Develops project schedules and monitor budgets Ability to update project forecasts & adhere to project cost control expectations with the accounting team. Ensures efficient utilization of resources, including labor, materials and equipment Manages project schedule including changes. Ensures proper Document Controls are obtained Communicates effectively with Clients and sub- contractors, field staff, and construction managers Holds regular status meetings with our field staff. Maintains strict compliance to budgetary guidelines and safety standards. Performs weekly inspections of construction sites. Identifies and proposes solid solutions to constructability issues. Occasionally travels to other locations and regions to support the organization as needed. Maintains a full understanding of the current status of the assigned project and organization Performs other related duties as required or directed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction preferred and/or experience in related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 Years' experience in commercial construction management Knowledge of Project Planning and Cost Estimating. A strong understanding of project safety. Excellent communication skills. Time management and logical decision-making Effectively plan, organize and schedule. Motivate, lead and build morale of our workers.
