Position Overview As a Supervisor, you'll oversee aircraft detailing operations to ensure every aircraft meets our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role involving team training, quality control, and operational coordination. Schedule & Pay Type: Full-Time Pay: $55,000-$60,000 annually Shift: Primarily morning shifts Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend support. Some extended shifts (up to 12 hours) may be needed during peak times. Location: West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) as your base location, with travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations using a company vehicle. What You'll Do (Essential Functions) Aircraft Detailing Lead and perform all aspects of aircraft interior and exterior detailing. Follow safety, cleaning, and quality checklists to ensure consistency. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Inspect aircraft before and after detailing and address areas needing attention. Monitor efficiency and report issues to the Operations Manager. Team Leadership Train, coach, and supervise a team of aircraft detailers. Provide hands-on training to ensure team members develop strong skills and techniques. Ensure all required meal and rest breaks are taken per state or federal law. Assess frontline training programs and submit required documentation. Coordinate with scheduling for efficient team dispatching. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager regarding staffing, timelines, aircraft availability, and performance needs. Any required email or call monitoring must be completed onsite at PBI or surrounding airports. Quality & Safety Oversight Enforce quality and safety standards for all aircraft serviced. Assist with regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Report discrepancies and support corrective actions. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, training, and customer experience. Job duties may expand as experience grows. Required Skills & Behaviors Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in all detailing services within Immaculate Flight. Organizational Structure Reports directly to the location's Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager. Required Education / Experience 6 months of internal experience preferred.
