The **Director, Commercial Programs** will provide leadership and strategic oversight of key training TMTT programs in partnership with physicians and implanting teams.
**_Role is open to considering US based, remote candidates._** **_Regular domestic travel to various field training sites required._**
**How you'll make an impact:**
+ Further the training of the TMTT Sales field team by identifying ENABLE partner training sites based on specified criteria
+ Attend key training events and cases at new and existing ENABLE training partner sites. Give and receive feedback related to trainees and the training program.
+ Manage a schedule of training events including assigning trainers/trainees in coordination with the field team and Sales Training.
+ Work with administrative support and Medical Affairs to compliantly manage contracts and payments related to the training program.
+ Develop a deep understanding of TMTT field training programs across Mitral and Tricuspid therapies.
+ Develop a platform to share best practices among partner training sites.

**What you'll need (required):**
+ Bachelor's or Masters degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required
+ Relative field training or sales program leadership experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria preferred

Job Description
As Sr. Director of Clinical development in the Inflammation/Fibrosis therapeutic area, you will play a leadership role in clinical development efforts for primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) at Gilead, with potential for opportunities in other indications in the portfolio, as well. You will join an active therapeutic area with phase 3 and 4 PBC studies and global regulatory filings underway or expected, with potential for work across earlier phases, as well. You will provide scientific and clinical leadership on activities including clinical development plan generation; clinical study planning, conduct, and read-out; lifecycle planning; scientific communication; regulatory filings; real world evidence strategies to support clinical programs; and efforts to advance value proposition for therapeutic agents meeting important unmet medical needs. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. The Senior Director of Data & AI is responsible for the strategy and lead execution for how data science and advanced analytics power our diagnostic products and evidence generation. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), you will lead a multi-disciplinary team that partners across the CIO organization, university collaborations, and our Operating Companies (OpCos) to deliver AI-enabled products, accelerate clinical and HEOR evidence, and strengthen our data platform.
This position reports to the Vice President, Chief Data Officer Digital Products Development and is part of the Chief Innovation Office and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Advanced degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred; Master's considered).
+ 12+ years in data science/AI with 5+ years in leadership roles in diagnostics, medtech, biopharma, or healthcare.
+ Deep understanding of clinical development for diagnostics (analytical/clinical validation, study design, performance endpoints) and how AI augments these workflows.
+ Hands-on expertise with Python/R and core libraries; strong command of statistical modeling, large language models, survival/longitudinal analyses, and data visualization.

The Senior Director, Medical & Scientific Affairs - Acute Care is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for the disease area and leading daily business operations support related to product development and clinical research, product quality, compliance, commercial/marketing activities and customer interactions. This senior role assists the Chief Medical Officer as the medical representative of Beckman to external partners and professional societies. This disease area is a key focus area for Beckman Coulter, providing the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to build and grow the disease area leadership, ultimately impacting patient outcomes. Acute Care diagnostics are major areas of focus for Beckman. Some of the recent developments and launches come from organic development and some through partner channels. This clinical area requires a new touchpoint for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in the Emergency Medicine space with tests for sepsis, acute myocardial infarctions, bacteria vs. virus testing (MeMed), stroke and traumatic brain injury. There are various existing markers in addition to the novel markets requiring a deep clinical understanding it is clinical utility.

The Senior Director, Portfolio Management, Oncology will play a vital role in establishing the franchise strategy for Danaher Diagnostics. The position will be responsible for developing the near- and long-term comprehensive Oncology product/technology portfolio and service strategy in strong collaboration with operating companies within Danaher. The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in science or marketing with an understanding of disease management including standard of care and product offerings; advanced degree, target industry background, advanced business education a plus.

The Director of Commercial Operations is responsible for playing a strategic and enabling role across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams. This position ensures operational alignment, process efficiency, and data-driven support to help regional teams meet commercial goals. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.
This position reports to the VP Sales and Customer Service, General Manager and is part of the Americas Commercial Dept and will be fully REMOTE.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Apply knowledge of key business drivers and partners across the Commercial organization to Identify and solve complex, operational and organizational problems, implement automations, and develop process improvements that drive commercial effectiveness
Influence leaders to take action based on data driven decisions, oversee regional performance tracking, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across commercial functions
Develop and prioritize plans for Commercial functions, lead CRM and other commercial tool optimization within region to improve automation, reduction of Muda (waste), data quality, usability, and adoption of standard work
Oversee Sales Operations teams to streamline workflows, improve Customer Experience through the entire OTC cycle, enable Sales, and steer cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with corporate functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Global Commercial Operations) to align regional needs with enterprise systems and global strategies.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, related field with 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business process improvement OR 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business process improvement
Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational change
Proven knowledge & experience with automation tools and scalable process design
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles, performance metrics, and commercial planning
Travel Requirements:
This position requires up to 50% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
MBA preferred

The annual salary range for this role is
$160,000.00-$180,000.00
.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
