Pros of working at Cotterman

Absolutely zero pros of working at cotterman.

Cons of working at Cotterman

Horrible working environment. Office staff was manipulative and condescending to workers. There were a few instances they underpaid me and I had to chase them down to correct my paycheck. CEO forced mandatory overtime at a day’s notice. Bathrooms were the worst I have ever seen. Only 3 toilets shared between 60 workers. Nobody cleaned them. The plumbing was broken and toilets often would shoot sewage all over the floor. I got sick several times working there because of it. The work itself was mind numbing and a dead end for skill building. Awful company to work for. They only care about shareholders.

Absolutely nothing is likable about the leadership there.

How would you improve Cotterman's culture?

Start by fixing the bathrooms, ending mandatory overtime, and providing more structure and incentives for employees to make more money.

They will take anybody who is willing to get abused by corporate management

What's the diversity at Cotterman like?

There were racial tensions at the plant. A majority of the workers and office staff were all related and from the same town back in their home country. They often had mistreatment towards those who were not of the same race/lineage as them.

What brings you the most joy at Cotterman?

It brought me the most joy to run out of that warehouse and never go back again.
