Weyerhaeuser's Idabel Lumber facility is currently looking for a Process Control Technician to join our team. A qualified candidate would have a thorough comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment. Key Functions: Support manufacturing by maximizing plant uptime and providing support for all facility systems in a safe manner, while contributing to corporate, plant, and departmental goals. Work with a team of electricians and millwrights to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical problems, deliver preventative and routine maintenance on plant equipment, create innovative solutions to complex issues, and work on capital projects. Perform maintenance tasks involving troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and installations of equipment and production electrical systems with minimal supervision or direction. Responsible for the design, programming, implementation, troubleshooting, control and test of VFD based automation systems used in a wide array of equipment while working individually or in project team environment. Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC's and Rockwell and HMI's. Program, troubleshoot, and calibrate a variety of instruments including pressure, temperature and flow transmitters, density scanners, moisture detectors, load cells, encoders, and Fisher valves. Maintain data collection servers and communications. Install and troubleshoot communications related connectivity and PLC I/O field wiring. Maintain and troubleshoot backup generators and UPS system, spark and explosion detection/prevention system. Work with a diverse set of applications including HMI/Visualization programs such as RSLinx, RSview, PanelView, FactoryTalk View. Fiber optics, CAT-6, media converters and AB industrial switches. Communication protocols such as EthernetIP, OPC, DeviceNet. Control systems including PLC5, Micrologix, ControlLogix, and I/O including digital and analog feedback & control. Virtualization software such as VMWare Player/Workstation and Hypervisor. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Three (3) years of experience in industrial electrical work that includes: electrical design, schematics, and panel layout; programming drives, PLC's and HMI's. Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics. Ability to use maintenance tools. Strong computer skills. Good communications skills and team skills. Successful completion of post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent education preferred. Assist the caregiver, teacher and teacher's aide in organizing the classroom according to developmental levels and individual needs of the child ensuring: the development of trust and emotional security; opportunities to explore a variety of sensory and motor experiences; opportunities for the development of self-awareness, autonomy, and self-expression; and opportunities for gross and fine motor development. Provide information to parents as instructed by teacher, regarding their children as well as general child development information. Involve parents in all aspects of the classroom; greet parents and children pleasantly and appropriately, ensuring a smooth transition into the center, a positive home-center connection and a family partnership; maintain ongoing professional and appropriate communication with parents through a variety of methods and send activities home that parents can do with their children to support the curriculum and the child's learning; encourage parents to become involved in workshops, training and other Head Start activities. Always use a positive approach and follow Head Start methods for redirection and guidance to handle misbehavior for children. NO forms of physical punishment or humiliation will be used. An appropriate tone of voice and wording is required when talking to children and parents. Must be able to sit and eat with children at mealtimes sharing the same menu. A physician's statement must be obtained for special dietary needs. Pleasant child-oriented conversation should take place during mealtimes. No sodas, tea or other drinks other than water is allowed to be consumed while children are present. Smoking will not be allowed on Head Start property. No vulgar language is allowed. Responsible for informing tellers of changes and current events. • Monitors all safe deposit box activities. • Fills in where needed when employees are absent. • Reviews performance appraisals, counsels with other head tellers, and assists in preliminary interview of new employees. • Adheres to all Red River Employees Federal Credit Union policies and procedures. • Responsible for the security of all negotiables. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Four or more years of experience with a financial institution or credit union, working in a teller position. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Competent computer skills and use of standard office equipment. • Friendly, outgoing individual with good communication skills. • Ability to meet, speak, and deal effectively with people, being professional always. • Must maintain a neat and professional appearance. • Interpersonal skills that enable working independently or as part of a team. • While the following list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented, identified physical requirements include ability to lift heavy bags of coin, to stand on feet for long periods of time and to operate standard teller equipment.
