Job Description
The Student Financial Services Operations Manager at Idaho State University (ISU) serves as a critical leader responsible for the comprehensive management of student accounts, billing, collections, and compliance activities. This position directly oversees the daily operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring financial accuracy, adherence to university policies, and federal regulations regarding student financial aid and refunds.
The Manager is responsible for the entire student accounts lifecycle, from building and maintaining tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system (Banner) to managing third-party contracts, processing payments, handling collections, and ensuring the timely issuance of 1098-T Tax forms. The role demands strong fiscal management, a proactive approach to process improvement, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to students and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and promote excellent customer service in Student Financial Services.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of 1098-T Tax forms to students and the IRS.
Receive authorizations from 3rd party agencies, government entities, and organizations for tuition payment. Apply authorizations, invoice organizations, and ensure the timely collection of amounts guaranteed by third party sponsors. Reconcile account balances to the amounts reported by outside agencies that administer the programs.
Manage and supervise all billing of student charges (tuition, fees, late charges, and charges from other departments).
Build and maintain tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system.
Regularly review various payment and collections reports to identify trends and propose strategies for improvement.
Perform cash audits in the Cashiers Office.
Assess monthly late fees and send regular communications to students regarding past due balances.
Train end users on the TouchNet payment system and proper payment handling requirements including proper and timely preparation of deposits.
Reconcile Barnes & Noble Book Bundle invoices with student charges and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Manage the student refund appeals process.
Oversee the application of financial aid credits, other credit balances, and the refunding of resultant credit balances on student accounts in accordance with federal refund requirements.
Add short-term loan charges to students' accounts.
Complete term setup in Banner prior to fee assessment for each semester.
Maintain class fees and ensure class fee amounts and detail codes are correct.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
At least three years of experience performing account reconciliations and other similar accounting functions.
At least one year of direct supervisory experience or operational oversight.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to lead customer service efforts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, faculty, and staff at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information in a concise and professional manner to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education.
Experience using Ellucian Banner or similar ERP systems.
Experience identifying process improvements and effective solutions.

Job Description
The Director of Student Leadership and Engagement is responsible for all aspects of leadership and management of the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement within Idaho State University (ISU). This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students and collaborates with Student Affairs executives and divisional directors to fulfill strategic goals and form major policies for students. 4. Meet agreed upon metrics for annual fund revenue, B.A.B. Members, and assigned priorities. Oversee BAB budget and ensure accounting meets the standards of Institutional Advancement.
5. Collaborate closely with the Ticket Manager. Build out strategies for ticket renewals and acquisition of new season ticket holders.
6. Assist in directing communications and growing membership for all individual sport giving clubs including solicitations, stewardship, and multi-year commitments. Execute and grow the Prepare To Roar annual giving campaign.
7. Assist in the supervision of donor parking priority and donor ticket priority.
8. Lead donor-centric events, including but not limited to: the B.A.B. Annual Fund Drive, Bengal Auction; Orange & Black Classic/Fall Kickoff; Scarecrow Auction; Punt, Pass, Kick and Snap; Split the Pawt; Football Road Show; and other regional or sport-specific events. Execute game day fundraising activities including pre- and post-game events for Bengal Football and Basketball.
9. Collaborate and partner with Institutional Advancement. Keep accurate and complete records of moves management process and follow ISU strategies for cultivating, soliciting and acting as a steward of major gifts. Record all meaningful actions and relationships in Raiser's Edge.
10. Serve as the primary point of contact for data needs of the Athletics Department by utilizing current technologies (Paciolan, FanBase, Raiser's Edge, and other platforms managing external partnerships).
11. Stay current on NCAA legislation and operate within a culture of compliance. Attend required rules education, and work to educate donor base on applicable NCAA regulations. Comply with all NCAA, Big Sky Conference, and Idaho State University policies.
12. Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development and External Relations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree.
* At least two (2) years of experience in fundraising and/or engagement within intercollegiate athletics OR in institutional fundraising and/or engagement.

We are seeking to fill an 11-month clinical faculty position, beginning in Fall 2026, as the Director of Clinical Training role for a new PsyD program. Housed within the College of Arts and Letters, ISU's Department of Psychology offers a BS and a BA in psychology, a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis, a PhD in general Experimental Psychology, and the state's only APA-accredited PhD in Clinical Psychology (scientist-practitioner model). In Fall 2026, the department will expand to also offer a PsyD in Clinical Psychology located on the ISU Meridian campus.
Applicants must have received their degree from an accredited clinical psychology (or closely related discipline) doctoral program and be license-eligible in the State of Idaho. As a core member of the department's PsyD Clinical Training Committee, this faculty member will teach graduate classes, provide clinical supervision, serve in an administrative role for the program, and mentor students in the program. Competitive applicants will have a commitment to excellence in teaching, mentoring, and clinical supervision of graduate students. Clinical expertise with an integrated behavioral health and/or telehealth focus is welcome.

The Anatomy Lab Specialist supports anatomy education at the ISU-Meridian SkaggsTreasure Valley Anatomy and Physiology Labs (TVAPL) by preparing anatomical specimens, assisting with general lab operations, and providing laboratory-based instruction. As a lecturer with rank in MMCE, the expectations for the successful applicant will be to teach a broad array of courses at the undergraduate level, develop innovative instructional techniques, and contribute to curriculum development. The Clinical Instructor is responsible for teaching, supervising, and evaluating undergraduate nursing students in direct patient care settings. Working under the direction of the assigned primary course faculty, the Clinical Instructor implements approved clinical learning plans and supports achievement of course and program outcomes.

Idaho State University's College of Science and Engineering invites applications for a two-year Postdoctoral Research Associate position, funded by the NSF EPSCoR program Idaho Community-Engaged Resilience for Energy-Water Systems (I-CREWS). This program facilitates community-engaged research with Tribal Nations and other Idaho communities to evaluate, model, and develop future scenarios for energy-water systems under environmental, technological, and social change.
The postdoctoral researcher will focus on modeling and simulation of energy-water systems such as groundwater, geothermal power, and other water-energy-ecological systems. The work will integrate hydrologic and ecological processes with energy-water infrastructure modeling, with opportunities to expand into related domains such as surface hydrology, GIS-based spatial modeling, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced data science.
The successful candidate will engage in cross-disciplinary research with faculty from Biological Science, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, and Geosciences, and will play a pivotal role in collaborative efforts with the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes as part of I-CREWS' commitment to community-driven research.
I-CREWS is a statewide research program focused on advancing resilience in energy-water systems through collaboration with Idaho's Tribal Nations and communities. This position will be embedded in that network, providing opportunities for collaboration with ISU's GIS Training and Research Center, the Center for Ecological Research and Education, and statewide research partners at Boise State University, the University of Idaho, and Idaho National Laboratory.

Job Description
The Student Financial Services Operations Manager at Idaho State University (ISU) serves as a critical leader responsible for the comprehensive management of student accounts, billing, collections, and compliance activities. This position directly oversees the daily operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring financial accuracy, adherence to university policies, and federal regulations regarding student financial aid and refunds.
The Manager is responsible for the entire student accounts lifecycle, from building and maintaining tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system (Banner) to managing third-party contracts, processing payments, handling collections, and ensuring the timely issuance of 1098-T Tax forms. The role demands strong fiscal management, a proactive approach to process improvement, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to students and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cashiers Office and Collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
* Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and promote excellent customer service in Student Financial Services.
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of 1098-T Tax forms to students and the IRS.
* Receive authorizations from 3rd party agencies, government entities, and organizations for tuition payment. Apply authorizations, invoice organizations, and ensure the timely collection of amounts guaranteed by third party sponsors. Reconcile account balances to the amounts reported by outside agencies that administer the programs.
* Manage and supervise all billing of student charges (tuition, fees, late charges, and charges from other departments).
* Build and maintain tuition and fee assessment rules in the ERP system.
* Regularly review various payment and collections reports to identify trends and propose strategies for improvement.
* Perform cash audits in the Cashiers Office.
* Assess monthly late fees and send regular communications to students regarding past due balances.
* Train end users on the TouchNet payment system and proper payment handling requirements including proper and timely preparation of deposits.
* Reconcile Barnes & Noble Book Bundle invoices with student charges and ensure timely payment of invoices.
* Manage the student refund appeals process.
* Oversee the application of financial aid credits, other credit balances, and the refunding of resultant credit balances on student accounts in accordance with federal refund requirements.
* Add short-term loan charges to students' accounts.
* Complete term setup in Banner prior to fee assessment for each semester.
* Maintain class fees and ensure class fee amounts and detail codes are correct.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
* At least three years of experience performing account reconciliations and other similar accounting functions.
* At least one year of direct supervisory experience or operational oversight.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to lead customer service efforts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, faculty, and staff at all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information in a concise and professional manner to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education.
* Experience using Ellucian Banner or similar ERP systems.
* Experience identifying process improvements and effective solutions.
Additional Information

Job Description
Idaho State University's Department of Biological Sciences invites applications for two 9-month, full time, Visiting Assistant Professors in Anatomy and Physiology, preferably system level (e.g., cardiovascular, renal, gastrointestinal) to join our faculty team beginning August, 2026. The assistant professors will teach anatomy and physiology and make other contributions to the biology curriculum based on their area of expertise. Coordination of labs, student advising, and other duties will be part of the assigned teaching load. A demonstrated ability to engage undergraduate students in research is strongly preferred. Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment, interest in active and collaborative learning, and enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment are all expected features of successful candidates. Ideal candidates will have a focus on student success and foster an engaging learning environment for students with a broad range of educational goals.
