Role Mission: The Regional Transport Manager (RTM) is responsible for the effective management of school bus transportation operations and performance reviews of a pre-determined number of campus transportation managers. In this capacity, the RTM will administer the direction and control of all personnel, assets, and student riders assigned to regional transportation operations. Additionally, the RTM will perform management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and/or terminations. The RTM will also ensure that the campus transportation operations are managed in the most effective manner, this includes the proactive management of maintenance vendors, their performance and cost to the department, and the planning and scheduling of school buses within region to maximize vehicle utilization and capacity while minimizing non-productive down time and excessive overtime while complying with federal, state and local regulatory entities.

What You'll Do - Accountabilities
Essential Duties:
Review IEPs designed by Supervising Speech Language Pathologist and ARD Committee and ensure 100% implementation of extensive knowledge and provide top quality speech therapy services.
Implement the treatment program or the Individual Education Program (IEP) by utilizing therapeutic interventions that are aligned to instruction with the collaboration of parents, general educators, special educators, and interventionists.
Provide appropriate feedback to students as to accuracy of their responses
Use appropriate stimuli, cues/prompts with the student to elicit behaviors as defined in the treatment protocol
Maintain on task or redirect off task behavior of students in individual or group treatment, consistent with developmental age, communication style, and disorder
Provide culturally appropriate treatment materials and behavioral reinforcement consistent with the student's developmental age, culture and disorder
Monitor students' therapy and academic progress throughout the year in order to provide the supervising SLP an update on students' goals.
Appropriately pace treatment session to ensure maximum student response
Implement designated treatment objectives/goals in specific appropriate sequence
Maintain Therapy Notes, Tracking Logs, and Billing logs on a daily basis and review with the Manager and Supervising SLP on a weekly basis.
Submit Therapy Logs on a Quarterly Basis to their Manager.
Maintain SHARS (Medicaid) records and submit SHARS billing on a monthly basis.
Ensure and monitor students' progress in order to complete progress reports on a quarterly basis under the supervision of the Supervising SLP.

THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include:
* Organizing practices and games
* Monitoring the academic progress of student athletes throughout the school year
* Include issuing and collecting uniforms
* Providing an orientation of a sound program to all student athlete participants
* Communicating with coaches and athletic director on the progression of the student athletes and the team
* Realizing the athlete is a student first; academics have priority over athletics.
* Being on time to all scheduled athletic events.
* Practicing with a plan and purpose.
* Training each student-athlete to become in the best physical condition as possible.

* Staying with the team, at all times, until the last student-athlete and their parents/guardians.
* Collecting athlete documentation such as physicals and other important paperwork in a designated Athletics Binder in order to remain in compliance with State and YES Prep policies.

* 0-3 years of coaching experience
* Strong knowledge of specific sport including rules, terminology, etc.
* Must hold a valid certification for both CPR and AED use from a nationally recognized organization, or attend a district required training to become certified within a given time frame

* Assumes responsibility to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs of auxiliary mechanical systems.

* Monitors control panels and/or maintains all building complex systems.
* Painting of facility as needed, especially during summer and school attendance breaks.
* Checks roof drains, gutters, downspouts once a week minimum.
* Checks A/C and /or commercial freezer systems for proper operation.
* Cleans condenser coils on chillers every 6 months, and on fan coil units and air handling units once every year at a minimum.
* Responds to emergency call-outs, as required. (7 days a week/24 hours a day).
* May be required to work night and/or varying shifts.
* Follows all safety regulations related to any and all job functions.
