We're looking for a Go-To-Market Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years. This role has a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions mostly in the USA with some involvement in Europe & Latin America. Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market. In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. You'll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor. Ensure all machines and work areas are properly guarded, maintained, and operated safely in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
