Responsibilities The Role We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to drive new business growth for our Digital Identity and Identity Proofing solutions. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring enterprise customers and helping them validate identity for employees, contractors, and customers. You'll work directly with clients to co-create tailored solutions, leveraging our evolving product portfolio. Familiarity with Azure Marketplace and cloud procurement models is a strong plus. What You'll Do Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts in targeted verticals. Engage in consultative solution selling to uncover identity challenges and design tailored solutions. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop account plans, account strategies, and accurate pipeline forecasts. Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and provide roadmap feedback. Prepare for future channel enablement and partner onboarding strategies. Promote and transact via Azure Marketplace. Qualifications What We're Looking For: 5-10 years of enterprise software solution sales experience, ideally in Digital Identity, Identity Proofing, or Security SaaS. Proven success in hunting and closing complex deals with Fortune 1000 or similar organizations. Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling. Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and cloud marketplaces is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Purpose The 2nd shift Litho Press Helper is responsible for the operation of the feeder on a printing press and assisting the press operator (Levels II-Lead) with daily tasks while adhearing to the Safety, Quality, Security, and Audit compliance regulations. In addition, the Press Helper is tasked with keeping the press and work area clean at all times following our 5S practices. Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Key Missions * Responsible for preparing the press with the needed materials, inks, solvents, etc. * Safe, effective, and proper use of the equipment and necessary tools. * Adherence to quality and production standards. * Accept guidance and direction from the press operator. * Must be able to do as requested in their daily tasks needed to keep the line running. * Must be able to inspect the order for defects as the order is running and notify the press operator in a timely manner. * Monitors fountain solution and ink levels. * Cleans press thoroughly and neatly while using the proper protective gear at all times. * Assists in performing ALL weekly and monthly maintenance on the equipment. * Performs preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) * Replacement of some parts if applicable. * Replace and/or adjustment of the rollers. * Performs maintenance on the UV system (ie. replacing bulbs as needed). * Maintains proper handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals. * Must comply with all of the rules of conduct, safety and attendance policies, and follow directions. * Communicates with department supervisors and manager.
