Purpose Responsible for managing, directing and organizing the dispatch and intake of the product inventory. In addition, accountable for overseeing the functions performed by inventory assistants, inventory clerks and other associated employees. Key Missions * Plan, prioritize and schedule all staff and resources to meet daily production needs for material delivery. * Assign physical audits of inventory and monitor inventory usage. * Ensure that all stock materials comply with the quality standards of the organization. * Execute inventory control measures to minimize on hand quantities and maximize stock system accuracy. * Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital and warehouse capacity. * Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved. * KPIs and Metrics to manage team performance and inventory accuracies: * Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and location audits. Target = 99% Monthly Accuracy * Employee Cycle Count Productivity: Track and improve employee productivity by measuring metrics like items picked per hour or orders processed per day. * Warehouse Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse space utilization by maintaining a certain level of space occupancy and minimizing unused areas. Target = 85%-90% utilization * Safety Metrics: Monitor safety incidents and reportable incidents, aiming for zero safety violations and accidents. Monitor 5S level on a daily basis and define corrective actions when necessary. Responsibilities Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic Channel Development & Mid-Market Account Executive to accelerate growth in the North American mid-market segment (organizations with 1,000-5,000 employees). This hybrid role combines strategic channel development with direct sales execution, driving revenue through a robust partner ecosystem while managing marketplace leads not covered by the Enterprise team. You will build and enable a network of resellers and systems integrators, while closing high-velocity deals in the mid-market space. Success in this role requires a unique blend of relationship-building, technical acumen, and sales expertise. You'll serve as the critical link between partners, products, and pipeline: driving partner recruitment and enablement, accelerating deal flow, and delivering actionable market intelligence to shape strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy and Management (60%) Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard key channel partners, including Microsoft resellers, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Identity-focused Systems Integrators, who can successfully sell and deploy IDEMIA's portfolio of Identity products (Identity credentials and Identity verification / proofing). Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive training and enablement plans for partners, covering product positioning (Credentials and IDV), competitive differentiation, and deal registration processes. Channel Pipeline Management: Own the channel sales pipeline, driving joint business planning, quarterly performance reviews, and ensuring deal velocity through partners. Lead Triage & Routing: Serve as the primary qualification point for all inbound marketplace leads that do not meet the Strategic Enterprise Account criteria, either closing them directly or routing the opportunity to the most appropriate channel partner. Mid-Market Direct Sales Execution (40%) Direct Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for qualified mid-market leads, from initial contact and discovery through contract negotiation and close. Velocity Selling: Utilize strong qualification skills to manage a high volume of opportunities with shorter sales cycles, focusing on point solutions (e.g., FIDO keys) or immediate IDV requirements. Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize partner and customer feedback from the mid-market to inform product, sales, and marketing teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Channel Sourced Revenue: Percentage of overall mid-market revenue generated through partners. Partner Pipeline Value:Total pipeline value registered and progressed by the channel ecosystem. Direct Mid-Market Conversion: Conversion rate and velocity (days to close) for direct mid-market leads. New Partner Acquisition: Number of certified, active, and revenue-generating partners onboarded quarterly. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in channel management, partner development, or mid-market sales. Proven success within IT security or Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience managing a channel ecosystem while running direct sales pipelines. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of MFA, FIDO, PIV/CAC standards, and IDV/KYC solutions. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to manage complex partner relationships and execute concurrent sales motions. Other: Ability to travel up to 30% for partner meetings and industry events. Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or comparable security credentials. Purpose Overview: The role of the Junior Quality Engineer is to improve quality in line with the site KPI's and lead improvement projects as per company's programs and needs. In addition, the Press Helper is tasked with keeping the press and work area clean at all times following our 5S practices. Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Key Missions * Responsible for preparing the press with the needed materials, inks, solvents, etc. * Safe, effective, and proper use of the equipment and necessary tools. * Adherence to quality and production standards. * Accept guidance and direction from the press operator. * Must be able to do as requested in their daily tasks needed to keep the line running. * Must be able to inspect the order for defects as the order is running and notify the press operator in a timely manner. * Monitors fountain solution and ink levels. * Cleans press thoroughly and neatly while using the proper protective gear at all times. * Assists in performing ALL weekly and monthly maintenance on the equipment. * Performs preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) * Replacement of some parts if applicable. * Replace and/or adjustment of the rollers. * Performs maintenance on the UV system (ie. replacing bulbs as needed). * Maintains proper handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals. * Must comply with all of the rules of conduct, safety and attendance policies, and follow directions. * Communicates with department supervisors and manager. Key Missions * Understand, embrace and disseminate the plant's direction and goals in World Class Manufacturing through the application of the lean tools such as 5S, TPM, Six Sigma and Setup Reduction. * Manages the daily production and delivery operations of the Plant personally or through subordinate supervisors. * Schedules, plans and controls production activities, including the supervision of Plant Supervisors and production employees and drivers, in order to ensure continuous and efficient production in appropriate quantity and quality * Collect and report to the production lines the current status of the lines in regards to customer satisfaction, company objectives or goals, process quality data and equipment reliability. * Collaborate with Director of Operations on production goal setting. * Coordinate with the Planning, Engineering, and Maintenance Departments to schedule machinery maintenance to keep the Smart Card Department operates reliably and efficiently. * Investigate customer complaints and make recommendation regarding corrective actions to be implemented while limiting reoccurrences. * Assists in the hiring, training, evaluating and development as well as handling disciplinary actions as indicated, personally or through Plant Supervisors * Act as a resource and trainer in the application of various problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective action skills. * Fosters positive working relationships, and responds proactively to employee concerns or problems * Oversees compliance and enforces adherence to health and safety and other Company and/or regulatory programs * Investigates, and/or oversees the investigation of work related incidents, accidents and injuries * Ensures appropriate documentation and notifications are prepared and all protocols are followed. Profile & Other Information * 5-7 years related experience in a lean manufacturing environment in a manager role overseeing multi-shift production manufacturing process * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or manufacturing operations related * Strong written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills * Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate associates * Proven decision-making capability * Union experience * Willingness to learn and develop new methods and/or processes * Root cause analysis, problem identification, and resolution skills * Ability to distinguish visual defects (created or received into production processes) By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
