Toxic work environment, too many egomaniacs, predatory behavior towards employees by management, no patience and would make decisions in a moment.
Getting to leave for a much better job
They all need to get fired. If the actual owners wanted to make money then get rid of the trash at the top.
Again fire leadership, there is only a few people I can count that are actual good leaders but for some reason they still stay.
I practiced going over my work experience and ideas to improve the company.
They don’t pay that well. It’s just low end salary
It’s ok. Not much is really needed to improve diversity
Going to a job where I’m appreciated and get to do things that make a difference for the company.
