Prior to Idera, Inc, he founded an executive consulting firm that advised venture capital and private equity firms on operations and acquisition targets and worked as a venture partner for Valhalla Partners. Previously, he was President and CEO of Versata Enterprises, one of the largest privately owned software companies in the world, where he acquired over a dozen companies and restructured them to deliver growth and world-class profitability. Earlier in his career, Randy was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and worked in finance at Ford Motor Company.
