Position Summary
Responsible for assembling purchased parts and the various pieces that go together to form a finished product. The assembly associate will use various hand tools and power tools, in conjunction with their hands, to complete the job.

Job Description:
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assembling recreational vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
* Installing roll cages, mirrors, and other components on recreational vehicles
* Utilizing required safety equipment
* Using a provided starter kit of tools, or your own if preferred
* Paying close attention to detail
Qualifications:
* Proficient with basic hand tools
* Mechanically inclined
* Ability to follow precise building instructions
* Forklift experience preferred.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience with the Following Tools:
* 3/8-inch impact wrench
* Metric wrenches and sockets (8mm-19mm)
* Low-pressure tire gauge
* Cutting pliers
* Fuel pump
* Hoist
* 3/8-inch ratchet set
* Forklift operation
* Sockets (22mm and 32mm, occasionally)
* 16-piece flathead and Phillips head screwdriver set
* Rubber mallets
* Torx head sockets
* Klever Cutter utility knife
Additional Qualifications:
* Exemplify and promote company culture
* Seek improvement and simplify system protocols
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in planning and execution with excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently
* Capability to prioritize and manage multiple duties/projects
