The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job. + A FSE (Field Service Engineer) must have ability to manage a customer account in its entirety, and when accessing an account, determine on where we can add more value by offering other services (i.e. reagents, consumables, additional or new equipment leads, service on non‐agreement instruments, etc.).
+ Drives a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a "first time fix".
+ Ability to cultivate customer relationships measured by the attainment of revenue goal by individual and their District. This includes annual growth of Field Service Maintenance Agreements monthly base billing and the support of sales initiatives through lead generation. Achieve annual revenue target with expected year‐over‐year growth of 8‐10%
The required qualifications for the job include:
+ Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science or military equivalent.

We are currently seeking a Global Procurement Director who will be responsible for direct and indirect material spending for the company globally. Responsibilities include supplier selection, supplier management, low-cost region sourcing, new product introductions, VAVE, quality and working capital management. The Global Sourcing Manager will develop and execute a supply chain strategy that supports the company's profitable growth plans. This person will lead and manage a global team of 50+ Procurement professionals.
This position reports to the V.P. Global Operations & Supply Chain and is part of the Global Operations & Supply Chain organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop, align and implement a global, cross-functional procurement strategy to continuously improve supplier quality, delivery and cost.
* Manage multi hundred millions direct material $spend and indirect $spend globally.
* Drive year-over-year improvement in direct material spend through LCR-sourcing and supplier negotiation.
* Drive year-over-year improvement in indirect spending in the areas of freight, travel, material expenses. Improve factory internal yield by improving supplier quality.
* Achieve 1 Turn improvement, year-over-year in working capital through supplier stocking programs and DPO management.
* Work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations leadership towards achieving revenue and NPI goals. Launch new product on-time, on-budget, at targeted quality through deployment of effective project tollgate processes, a preferred supplier strategy, design FMEA and process FMEA.
* Inspire and lead a matrixed global procurement team, providing guidance, talent development, and support to continually improve systems, talent & engagement. Passionately drive a DBS mentality and culture.
The essential requirements of the job include.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* At least 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related discipline in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment; includes 6+ years of people leadership responsibilities.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, align and implement a global, organization-wide strategy. Must have proven strategic thinking abilities and the ability to be hands-on and detail oriented where variances and immediate issues exist.
* Proven track record of successfully building, leading, and influencing global, cross-functional teams inside and outside of direct organization. Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on key initiatives.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fact-based decisions by incorporating diverse feedback from a variety of stakeholders.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job, including increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular Preventive Maintenance, and regular upgrades. This person will be a clear advocate for the customer (internally and externally) and a steward for the company.
This position reports to the District Service Manager and is part of the Global Service Organization. It will work remotely to cover primarily Indianapolis, IN, along with Ohio, Kentucky, portions of Pittsburgh, PA, West Virginia, and Michigan.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
+ Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Associate degree or equivalent military experience (applicants with experience in repairing mechanical, electrical, or biomedical equipment)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ This position requires up to 65% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays.

This is a full-time or part-time position and is based in our South Houston Division.
What you'll do:
Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
Act as a vital member of your patients' medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech language pathology
