As a Production Specialist you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks producing high quality diagnostic animal products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist will be supporting IDEXX's US Sales organization to deliver high quality products and services to our veterinarian partners. This role works in strong collaboration with the Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP). The Senior Employee Relations Specialist proactively builds professional relationships and engages with frontline leaders and employees to assist with a wide variety of initiatives to drive business performance and company-wide HR strategy. This role coaches and provides guidance to sales leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities; and advise on day-to-day employee relations concerns in compliance with state and country regulations. This position provides project management support for HR initiatives and tracks business/LOB metrics to recommend action plans based on data and trend analysis. In strong collaboration with the Sr. HRBP, this role provides local implementation of HR programs/processes, and develops business specific initiatives around employee engagement, labor relations and employee relations, in alignment with overall HR strategy. The Veterinary Software Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for safeguarding an organization's revenue streams by identifying, preventing, and correcting revenue leakage across the entire business lifecycle. This role involves monitoring financial metrics, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to ensure all services are accurately billed and collected for our products. This leader will be responsible for managing the Veterinary Software Business Services Team, a dynamic team that handles specific software billing inquires and prepares source data for weekly and monthly invoicing of our services and products. The Genomics Team within R&D Discovery and Technology Futures Team is looking for an energetic and innovative Senior Scientist with deep expertise in genomics and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to drive biomarker discovery projects. The successful candidate will join a team of scientists that specializes across NGS, bioinformatics, and molecular assay development. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has strong wet-bench and data analysis skills, is an effective independent contributor, and thrives as a team player in a collaborative environment. What you can expect: Perform diverse Next Generation Sequencing workflows (e.g. WGS, transcriptome, and methylome) and analyze the data to evaluate sequencing performance. Use and maintain cutting-edge genomics equipment, such as Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencers and digital PCR instruments. Identify, develop, and execute novel NGS and genomics strategies to advance discovery power and opportunities. Scout and evaluate cutting-edge sequencing technologies for their application to biomarker discovery and diagnostics. Leverage established and emerging bioinformatics tools to process, analyze, and visualize sequencing data for biomarker discovery (e.g. genomic variants). Design and execute experiments, analyze and interpret data, and communicate results and conclusions to diverse audiences, including IDEXX senior leadership. Work collaboratively within the Genomics team to convert biomarkers into molecular assays and across cross-functional R&D teams to support larger multi-omics objectives. Perform data quality control and troubleshooting, maintain accurate documentation, and continually improve lab infrastructure and workflows. Maintain a world-class molecular lab alongside other wet lab scientists. What you need to succeed: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience working with and developing protocols for a wide variety of sample types, such as fresh-frozen and FFPE tissues and blood/plasma/serum. Hands-on experience with and demonstrated understanding of Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencers and instruments that quantify and quality control nucleic acids (e.g. tapestation, qubit, nanodrop). Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products. + Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians. + Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager. + Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs. + May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers. + Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities. + Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance. + Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers. + Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned. **Training & Personal Development** + Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
