During my past 22 years at IESE Business School in Barcelona and New York, I have had the privilege of playing a leading role in growing IESE’s International Executive Education division and Global footprint. IESE has been ranked #1 in the world for Executive Education by the Financial Times for six consecutive years (2015-2020).

I have lived and worked in 3 different countries (Iceland, Spain, and the US) where my global roles have given me the opportunity to interact with C-suites and senior leaders from different parts of the world and some of the best known firms in the world. I have led the business development and sales of Global Executive Education Programs, which have taken place in 5 different continents, and managed Custom Programs, where together with my team we partnered with 70 global clients including Telefonica, Citi Bank, Oracle, BMW, and PepsiCo. For the past 4 years, I have had the opportunity to take the role of a Chief Executive Director of IESE’s New York campus, growing its market penetration and impact in the Americas. My responsibilities have included building up the sales team, developing and managing a client portfolio, and creating a portfolio of Executive Education Programs, including a newly designed High Potential Program for the US market. As a manager, I aspire to practice a ¨Leader-Coach” management style.

My skill set includes: setting strategy and vision; building and leading global teams; business development and sales; client services; and leadership development. I consider my strengths to include: being resourceful, self-motivated, collaborative, always seeking win-win solutions; and a knack for getting things done. Integrity, humility, accountability, and spirit of service represent the professional values I most cherish.
