Cons of working at iHeartMedia

From my experience, management was condescending at times, shortly coming out of training you could tell who was “favorite”, there was lack of direction from management and the team lead. The team lead would speak to others as if they did not know what they were talking about and when you tried to ask questions, instead of listening, an assumption would be made which lead to an answer that did not resolve the question - causing further questions or confusion. Instead of asking the team lead, it got to the point of just hoping you were doing something new the right way because it was better to get feedback from anyone other than the team lead. The department is still developing with so much grey area that you could say they were discriminate towards account holders. Some would get fee/invoices waived while others would be put be placed on collections hold until payment was received - when both accounts hadn't been paid on since 2015. It wasn't a surprise to me the company filed bankruptcy at all looking at the accounts and seeing management not pay attention to the smaller accounts even though those accounts matter just as much.
