    Were seeking a talented Packaging Production Designer to join our team! The Production Designer is responsible for converting design files into print-ready files. While honoring the designers intent in all ways possible, you will refine designs into mechanical artwork files sufficient for printing with print suppliers and public retail distribution. You will also be responsible for routing all artwork internally to cross-functional partners and iterating on all artwork, per cross-functional markup and art direction. With extensive knowledge of commercial packaging and retail displays (PDQs etc), the Production Designer will consult with designers throughout the process to ensure that all artwork is tailored to the manufacturing technique. You will oversee their projects from concept through mass production, reviewing supplier proofs, color chips, and prototypes to ensure the highest quality results for error-free, compliant packaging on time.Apparel experience is nice to have. Responsibilities: File Preparation: Construct and revise final, print-ready mechanical files for vendors. Technical Adjustments: Perform expert photo retouching, color correction, and apply ICC profiles. Quality Control: Proofread all artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines (legal, brand, technical) to ensure accuracy of copy, color, and content. Should understand how materials can affect color and deliver detailed feedback to suppliers to achieve desired results. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, brand managers, and production teams to meet deadlines and project goals. When faced with obstacles, work independently and effectively attain clarification to push projects forward.
