Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Assess current and future staffing needs, create and execute staffing plans to ensure100% staffing on all shifts, year round
Interviews and approves all associate hires utilizing the Select the Best tool -

Validate appropriate staffing levels of well-trained associates on all shifts
Validate effective food ordering and accurate inventory levels within the restaurant

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the restaurant. Maintain a valid food safety certificate and any local compliance certifications. The AGM will need to take the initiative to apply for and secure new certificates when necessary
Responsible for execution of new initiatives including new product and menu rollouts; this aspect of the job requires creativity and initiatives of the individual AGM.
