Job DescriptionYou are the first and and final piece to the guest's experience. You monitor all of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimate wait times for guests, and make sure that all the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting up front with you. You are normally responsible for answering the telephone, moving tables around so we can welcome large parties. It starts and ends with you.
