I got along with the cooks and management, but I did not like how the servers would start and encourage drama.

There were toxic work relationships with people who like to fight and cause drama between workers.

My manager got me toothpaste. When people aren't talking about each other, it's really like a family. I had mentioned casually that I hadn't been able to go to the store for personal reasons and restock my sensitive tooth paste and she got it for me the next day.

The fast pace environment. Everyday money.

I Would like to have more organized pay and also have a more organized schedule, which would help me finish with school.

Health benefits would be ideal, but ultimately never having benefits or holidays off. Changing the entire work/benefit narrative in my life is beneficial.

The other servers and host would help each other out to make the days go smoother.

The managers not listening to the employees when we say there is an issue and them not listening to what I have to say when I was falsely accused by another manager.
