Relationships with students.
Unrealistic expectations.
Not much. Very depressed and discouraged.
Absolutely nothing.
They need to closely analyze expectations including realistic time investment in each of these expectations. They also need to save the policy changes for the summer.
Researched the company.
They pay us a teachers salary, but no summer off and a much heavier workload than a traditional teacher.

My job brings me anxiety and depression, not joy.

Constantly changing expectations. Poor communication.
5 weeks off during the summer, however would prefer the full summer like teachers!!

Live and virtual communication rather than email. More frequent communication.
Poor. Paid similar to inexperienced teachers,but work more summer months. Must work longer days frequently.
