The Department of Psychology is seeking a tenure track Assistant Professor to serve as a core faculty member in our CACREP-accredited MS and PhD programs in the Division of Counseling and Rehabilitation Science beginning Fall 2026. The position will involve maintaining an independent research program supported by external funding, mentoring PhD students, teaching graduate courses in the Clinical Counseling MS and Rehabilitation Education Counseling PhD programs, (faculty teach four courses per year, which can be reduced through grant buyout or other external funding opportunities). We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Administrator to join the Enterprise Operations team of the Office of Technology (OTS). The Senior Grant Accountant position is responsible for providing independent guidance and oversight to principal investigators and department administrators in regard to grant and contract policies and procedures, compliance and regulatory issues, and post-award administration. This individual must demonstrate an advanced knowledge and understanding of federal and non-federal regulations, guidelines, and policies covering grant and contract processes. This person must have a working knowledge of post award accounting and financial reporting, performing internal audits of grants and contracts to ensure compliance with university and funding agency requirements. The Senior Grant Accountant will play an integral role in the Grant and Contract Accounting training program; assisting principal investigators and departmental administrators in interpreting university and funding agency policies and guidelines to ensure financial compliance. To assist in the daily function of the Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) by providing health support services for IL Tech students. Clinical services provided include assisting Nurse Practitioner(s) and Medical Doctor with care of students for illnesses and injuries, assisting with routine treatments, conduct lab tests, administering vaccinations, ensuring immunization compliance and maintenance of office records.

The staff clinician/counselor provides direct clinical services to IL Tech students, plans and delivers outreach during low volume periods, and consults with staff, faculty, parents, and community partners. S/he will participate in the overall mission and vision of the Student Health and Wellness Center, Division of Student Affairs and the University. We are seeking a team-oriented counselor with strong clinical skills ready to meet the increasing severity of college students' mental health needs. Demonstrated experience working with underrepresented student populations, a commitment to social justice, as well as competencies individual and group therapy and crisis management is preferred.

The Procurement Services office supports the University through enabling the purchase of goods and services at competitive prices, financial stewardship for payments, continuous improvement in business processes and responsive service to University departments. The Procurement Functional Systems Administrator serves as the primary interface between campus end users, vendors, and procurement solution providers to ensure that the procurement systems, including Unimarket (eProcurement), Banner Financial System (ERP), and Visa Spend Clarity (P-Card) are administered effectively and according to university policies and procedures.
