We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth within the Work Truck Solutions business. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing accounts, and driving sales through proactive engagement with distributors, upfitters, and end users. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with sales acumen to convert leads into revenue and support our field sales team in expanding market presence.
You'll play a key role in pipeline development, quoting, and account management, helping customers find the right solutions to get the job done efficiently and profitably.
Essential Functions
1. Sales Development & Revenue Growth
* Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and digital research.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and verticals.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing packages to support closing sales and growing accounts.
* Track opportunities and sales metrics in CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
2. Account & Partner Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, upfitters, and end users.
* Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned 20's accounts to drive retention and expansion.
* Conduct regular outreach to uncover needs, upsell new products, and promote strategic programs.
* Partner with field Territory Managers to execute territory growth plans and close deals.
3. Product & Application Expertise/Support
* Develop expertise in Work Truck applications to provide informed recommendations.
* Collaborate with technical resources and product divisions to resolve issues.
* Assist in positioning EnPak, HDI, and Work Truck solutions as differentiated offerings.
4. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
* Support Territory Managers by providing account insights, quotes, and qualified leads.
* Follow up on event, trade show, and marketing-generated leads to convert interest into opportunities.
* Utilize tools such as CRM, D&B, and ZoomInfo to uncover market insights and identify new targets.
5. Operational Excellence
* Maintain data accuracy in CRM and ERP systems for account tracking and forecasting.
* Drive responsiveness and accountability across sales processes and customer communication.
* Recommend process improvements to streamline quoting and opportunity management.
6. Continuous Learning & Development
* Pursue ongoing sales training and product knowledge development.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to enhance selling strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; relevant experience considered.
* 2+ years preferred in inside sales or business development (industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred).
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product applications quickly.
* Experience using CRM and ERP systems for opportunity management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Sheet Metal Fabricator - 3rd Shift - Components Division

Duties include; set-up and run: turrets, punching machines, presses, press brakes, laser, shears, spot welder, pemnutter or any other equipment within your department. Must be able to work and communicate effectively in a team environment, be a team player and willing to cross train in all areas of the department is required on a regular basis. Must be willing to work overtime (10-12 hrs.) when needed. Regular inspection of production is necessary to insure quality. Must also be willing to cross train within other areas of Mechanical Components.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to set up and run: turrets, punching machines, presses, press brakes, lasers, shears, and pemnutter.
Individual must be able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Applicant must be a team player, self-starter, safety conscious, have good communication skills, innovative, mechanically inclined, understand and be responsible for material ordering and scheduling of orders.
Individual may have to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

The EHS (Environmental Health Safety) Specialist is responsible for supporting the EHS Manager, driving EHS excellence at the site level. Effectively communicate and resolve quality and delivery issues with suppliers to prevent reoccurrence of issues.

Support maintenance of MRD systems
Participate in material management improvement projects (80/20, flow principles, MRD, PLS, etc).
Work collectively within the PSD Materials Team to identify, implement, and maintain best practices within our businesses.
Must be able to back up team members for vacation days and be willing to work with team on vacation scheduling.
Leadership of relevant materials projects as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an associate degree or actively pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or related education.
Previous materials, supply chain experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision at times.
Ability to build and maintain relationships within the division and externally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and organizational skills.
Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
Must be detail oriented
Ability to read bill of material (BOM), assembly drawings, and prints.
Strong computer skills; computer skills using Magic, Macola, Windows, Word, Excel and Intranet are required.
Ability to meet deadlines as assigned.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

BASIC DESCRIPTION:
This person will be an integral member of Power Systems Division manufacturing team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A coil winders primary job tasks include but are not limited to, assembly, rotor transfer, moving barrels of wire, wire alignment, testing, blocking, and grinding/feeding the cables. Employee will be required to rotate between primary job tasks or assist with job tasks as needed. Must have an understanding ITW operating principles and apply them to the manufacturing area. This person will also be responsible for training others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred. The individual must be a self-starter, a team player, and be quality conscious with concern for the customer's needs and on-time delivery. This person will also be responsible for training others. The successful candidate will be committed to teamwork and to the team goals, with a positive attitude who has made the choice to be personally accountable. Cross training in all areas of manufacturing is required. Must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production times. The selected individual must be willing to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays/Sundays)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional push, or pull 30-100lbs and occasionally lift, or carry 10-50lbs
Frequently required to use both hands to load the wire into the stators
Constant standing and hand manipulation
