Position Summary:
The Mechanical Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts on multiple types of units or subassemblies using hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment. In addition, assemblers may reassemble or rework units as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Produces quality products by assembling equipment sub-assemblies, modules and top-level machine systems, setting-up equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and procedures, adjusting, and measuring to exacting tolerances.
* Verify conformance of parts to stock list and blueprints.
* Lay out hole locations, drill and tap holes on parts for assembly.
* Verify alignment and tolerances of moving parts.
* Test operation of assembly manually or with powered controls.
* Assemble, set-up and operate machine to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to specifications with wrenches, tools, calipers and gauges to accomplish task at each level.
* Perform quality control inspections on all parts and components manufactured, including comparing the finished parts to blueprint requirements.
* Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with safety processes.

Move materials using forklifts (certification required), lift-a-lofts, power jacks, and hand jacks.

Relieve line operators as needed.
Responsible for removing trash from the production area and disposing it in the designated areas.
May be required to assist in product changeovers on the line.
Will be required to complete forklift sanitation and period cleaning activities for the department. May be required to assist in sanitation on all pieces of equipment as needed

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an important role in managing inbound and outbound loads and materials through our inventory tracking system (SAP), coordinating dock and yard space usage, and supporting warehouse operations at our Carrollton, TX, facility, a manufacturer of high-quality refrigerated dough.

Share and implement best practice initiatives across Supply Chain
Coordinate the progression of KHMS using TRACC as a tool
Develop and maintain performance (KPI) visuals
Ownership of the Priority One system; responsible to ensure all users are trained and that all projects are current
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking system (where needed)
Develop a waste analysis for all lines
Lead and coordinate 5S initiatives plant-wide
Develop and manage the department's operating budget
Manage and evaluate the Continuous Improvement staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.
Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred; Preferably in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Designing, developing, and troubleshooting all aspects of factory based electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant. Provide leadership and training for production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule.
Champion all ways of working, lead training implementation and refresher training.
Technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical supplier, Headquarter Quality Assurance, and third-party sanitation provider (where applicable).

Qualifications
Must have extensive knowledge of electrical equipment, components, and parts with a background in industrial, mechanical & electrical processes.
Ohm's law, Relationship of voltage, current and resistance in electrical circuit
DC circuit - power, voltage, current and resistance in series and parallel.
AC circuit - power, resistance, inductance, and capacitance in a 3 phase system.
Leading, lagging voltage and current angles displayed in a vector diagram or voltage current time domain for a 3 phase AC motor circuit.
Three Phase Induction Motor Theory
Basic AC Induction motor theory of operation and construction including
Components of the motor stator, rotor, pole construction, ect
Motor insulations and types
Servo motors theory, operation and construction
