Senior software engineer job at ITW
We are looking for an individual to join our Troy, Ohio team. As we enter the final stretch of our ERP transformation, we are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Developer to enhance, support and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to configure features, assist with development tasks, and ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions that improve finance, supply chain, and operational workflows across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and support Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management customizations, including X++ code, forms, reports, and security configurations.
+ Support **data management** processes, including SQL development (views, stored procedures) and data loading using SQL and Python.
+ Maintain and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and occasional Power BI reporting).
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization.
+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
+ Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.
+ Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
**Qualifications:**
+ Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (formerly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
+ Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
+ Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
**Compensation Information:**
Starting salary will be based on the candidates experience and skillset.
Range $95,000-$115,000

The Role
As the Founding Frontend Engineer, you'll design and build intuitive, high-performance interfaces that visualize complex real-time trading data and empower users with precision, speed, and clarity.
