This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience at the Overland Park office, under a typical 5 day in-office work week. Daily responsibilities will include: * Split time between the Diversified team and the Construction team to support a wide range of client and carrier needs. * Participate in carrier meetings and client meetings to observe communication, gather information, and strengthen industry knowledge. * Assist with Excel-based tasks, including updating auto lists and organizing data for internal use and client presentations. * Create proposal materials by developing rough draft documents and assembling key data for review by the account team. * Support the proposal-building process from initial data collection to preparing polished drafts for client delivery. The Select Personal Lines Account Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to standard personal lines clients, providing consultative guidance and best-in-class service. The role will require working directly with other members of our Select Team as well as producers from other RSC offices.
