What You'll Do
Responsible for assigned book of business.
Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests.
Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you.
Issue certificates of insurance, when necessary.
Create certificate guidelines form.
Initiate renewal meetings and be responsible for renewal process.
Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers.
Provide producer and/or client executive with accurate renewal proposals.
Check policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
Respond to or refer insureds' and underwriters' questions or requests.
Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other appropriate transactions.
Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts.
Responsible for account rounding.
Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required.
Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for the Department and Bolton & Company.
Pursue a program for professional development, including attending educational classes in your specific field and those offered by Bolton in communication, leadership, corporate language and other classes as recommended by leaders
Be an active, responsible team member, conducting yourself in a professional and respectful manner to all internal and external clients, carriers, and staff.
You Should Have
4 year college degree preferred. 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Property & Casualty Insurance License.
CISR designation or other advanced designation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes.
Possesses time management and problem solving skills.
Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business.
Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients

Position Description:
ACG Property Management is currently seeking a Building Superintendent at a Class-A residential property with 130 units in the East Village. The candidate will work together with the on-site property management team to support daily building operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential building operational experience relevant to the following job responsibilities:
Maintain, operate, and recommend enhancements to boiler, electrical, and plumbing systems such as gas/steam boilers, heat pumps, VRFs, and PTACs.
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Diagnose and repair, where appropriate, building mechanical, plumbing (including leaks), and electrical issues.
Oversee routine elevator maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation by third party elevator vendor.
Monitor, assist with, and coordinate inspections and maintenance for fire alarm panels, sprinkler and standpipe systems, and emergency lighting in compliance with FDNY and NYC regulations.

Skills and Requirements:

10+ years of managing a portfolio of 10,000+ units in affordable housing or a mix of Affordable and Class A / B market-rate multifamily housing
Experience leading high-functioning property management teams

Proven track record of implementing best practices to maximize value across a portfolio
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
