They should be passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the IT service delivery environment. **Responsibilities:** + Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow reports and dashboards. + Develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration and functional testing. + Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and processes required for the development of reports to provide insight into operations and aids with decision making. + Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, particularly in the areas of Performance Analytics, data visualization, and reporting best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem. + Perform Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.
