Imagineering is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Planner to support contract review and create work instructions that meet AS9100, Nadcap, and customer-specific requirements in a high-precision manufacturing environment. We have one opening at our Sample Street facility and one at our Foundation Court facility.

Summary
The Quality Planner supports both the Quality and Operations teams by reviewing customer contracts, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate work instructions and processing methods. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with aerospace, automotive, and environmental standards including AS9100, IATF, and Nadcap. Strong attention to detail, technical reading skills, and the ability to interpret complex requirements are essential for success in this position.
* The Quality Planner supports the IFT Quality and the Production Teams in contract review and part method setup activities, with a goal of achieving 100% compliance to contract, blueprint, and specification requirements. Attention to detail and intense critical reading is a key requirement for this position.
* The Quality Planner will be called upon to perform the following activities:
o Perform critical reviews of customer purchase orders/contracts to determine technical, regulatory, and job set up requirements. These reviews often require a multi-level approach to create a processing method applicable to all personnel.
o Compare purchase order, specification, and blueprint requirements to assure any conflicts are addressed and resolved prior to release for processing.
o Analysis of part materials and conditions to determine possible restrictions and cautions required during the process, such as stress relief, hydrogen embrittlement, and chemistry restrictions.
o Mark up and ballooning of blueprints as needed to provide processing personnel with needed information, such as masking instructions, handling and fixturing locations, critical surfaces, etc.
o The Quality Planner will write and/or revise processing instructions (DPC's) that conform to purchase order, specification, and blueprint instructions, as well as Nadcap requirements for recordable information and operator buyoffs.
o Assist the Quality Team with PPAP and CQI reports. As needed.
o Provide technical support for Production Management.
* Currently IFT is accredited to ISO 9001:2000, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Nadcap for ChemProcessing and NDT. The QUALITY PLANNER will be become familiar with these accreditation standards and these requirements flow-downs impact the processes performed by IFT.
* The QUALITY PLANNER's Primary Role is to support the Imagineering motto that "we follow our customer's instructions better than other companies when reviewing and setting up jobs
* The QUALITY PLANNER has the responsibility to halt customer purchase orders and part method setups that lack the information and instructions needed to meet all specifications, accreditations, and blueprint requirements, as well as legal and moral requirements that do not promote the most stringent business and ethical practices.

Job Level:
This position operates at a Master level and receives minimal instruction on a daily basis. This position reports to the Quality Planner Manager or Director of Operational Support.

Overview
The Floor Coordinator at Imagineering Finishing Technologies Is a front line production and beginning management position has the functional responsibility to ensure all company policies and procedures and schedules are being followed. They will ensure bottlenecks and roadblocks are removed so our production staff can produce. The coordination of the department's effort to provide consistent, efficient quality results, and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Provides department support by performing process tasks as necessary to facilitate total service to internal and external customers.
* Ensure that daily check list is completed and turned in to plant manager each day.
* Communicate to the dock to ensure the appropriate product is being moved in and out of the department in a timely manner.
* Lead daily stand up meetings
* Audit all department time sheets to ensure breaks and lunches are being taken and if not approved in advance.
* Under the direction of the Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager monitors schedules to meet customer requirements, and to maintain smooth and efficient work flow.
* Works with Production Scheduling to coordinate due dates when customer required lead time is less than our standard lead time.

Duties/Responsibilities
Order/Job entry
* Read and verify information upon receipt of customer purchase order or process request. Contact customer regarding incomplete information
* Due date, shipping address, shipping method, part #, Revision level, Job #, Heat #, lot #, Serial #'s etc.
* Match all previously received or on file purchase orders to corresponding jobs when received.
* Provide relevant information to shipping and receiving to properly identify customer parts.
* Assists Shipping and Receiving operations as required to ensure smooth flow of paperwork to Quality Planning.
* Initiate new part setup and enter in the scanning operations.
* Create jobs for all customer processing requests. Prepare and distribute completed job packet.
Shipping/Certification process
* Review Job Traveler that all required sign-offs have been recorded by shop floor, maintain a log of missed sign-offs.
* Prepare the certification, verify shipping address and method, facilitate getting the certification signed.
* Create all shipping documents and prepare all outbound paperwork for shipping and receiving.
* Schedule all truck lines.
* After jobs have been picked up, match the job packets with proof of delivery, scan and file when needed and prepare job packet to move to pricing.
Invoicing
* Prepare, and issue invoices, account statements, and post to general ledger according to established procedures and assist in month end closing.
* Scanning of all job packets into Document Management System , schedule pickups, and order supplies for the filing process.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
* Create recerts as needed and approved by quality
* Provide an ultra-high level of customer service.
* Contact customers when there are count discrepancies (NMR).
* Providing customers with invoices, shipping dates, and status updates.
* Assist with PO receipts, and at times a backup for purchasing, print PO's for shipping and receiving.
* Filing material certs.
* Maintaining inventory of office supplies/ups supplies and ordering when needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned

* Periods of remaining stationary or moving throughout the production facility.

Vision Requirements
* Individuals who inspect material or certs for final acceptance must have:
* Color Vision Eye Examination annually per IFT vision requirements
* Near-Vision Eye Examination annually per IFT vision requirement
* The Individual(s) must meet the minimum standards in one eye with or without glasses/contacts.
Continuing Education
The individual is encouraged to complete at least 24 hours of job related training per year. This may be accomplished through University-level courses, seminars, continuing education courses, or as approved by the Executive Management Committee.
Travel
This position rarely requires travel. However, local and overnight travel may be required occasionally.

JOB SUMMARY
The Waste Treatment Operator at Imagineering Enterprises, Inc, has the functional responsibility for Wastewater Treatment , Hazardous, and Non-Hazardous Waste Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Operate wastewater treatment system to meet requirements of permit and service the needs of production
* Maintain readiness of wastewater equipment at all times. Be knowledgeable of, and be able to communicate instructions for, proper segregation of all wastestreams. Strong communication and coordination of wastewater activities with Process Engineers and other production personnel is required.
* Assist in completion of all sampling requirements, and preparation for hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste and recycled material pick-ups. This includes scheduling disposal, calling in the pick-ups, labeling, and preparing manifests as needed.
* Maintain and inspect 90-day storage areas and satellite accumulations area weekly.
* Work with maintenance department to maintain and improve waste treatment equipment.
* Perform tasks associated with the department, including documentation (and maintenance if required) of tasks performed.
* Assist in spill prevention, control, and cleanup.
* Perform lab responsibilities such as waste water testing, lab upkeep, chemical inventorying, collecting samples, Chain of Custody's, and other tasks as specified by the EHS Manager or his designee.
* Must be able to adhere to all safety standards and regulations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
* HS Diploma, Associates degree or wastewater certification preferred
* Holds or is working to obtain IDEM wastewater license
Experience
* 1 - 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment. Preference given to plating, surface finishing or other metals treatment systems.
Technical
* Understand requirements of WW Pretreatment Discharge Permit as it affects pretreatment, sampling and disposal of all waste streams flowing to the POTW.
* Understand regulatory requirements for handling, storing and shipping hazardous materials.
Skills/Competencies
* Ability to manage time to complete all tasks within given time frame
* Ability to drive forklift
* Ability to effectively communicate with management and production employees verbally and via e-mails.
* Ability to work with MS Excel and MS Word.
Physical
* Lift 40-50 lbs. on a repetitive basis without assistance
* Stand walk on a continual basis for duration of shift
* Various types of Respirators are required for this position. Respirator training, fit testing, & medical evaluations are also required for respirator issuance.
* Work in chemical laden environment with appropriate PPE
* Work in extreme heat & cold temperatures - seasonal
