This is a non-patient facing customer service role, assisting the company's Radiologists and other Radiologists, by managing the radiology imaging workflow for emergent studies. This position answers the phone, retrieves, and sends radiology images, locates and acquires prior electronic exams, faxes reports, or other paperwork as needed, and follows up on any unread studies.
The ultimate responsibility of this position is to assist the Radiologists with providing good patient care by managing the workflow to ensure Radiologist are able to deliver timely reports to the referring facilities.
Training hours will vary from Work Shift. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging studies, including CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and Radiography, with a strong focus on providing subspecialty level accurate, impactful and timely diagnostic imaging results. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and Interpret imaging studies focused on abdominal, genitourinary and cardiothoracic pathologies, including CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and Radiography (PET optional)
Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports using Health System standardized reporting templates and industry standard classification systems
Communicate imaging findings through Health System platforms with appropriate follow-up recommendations
Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Follow current body/Cardiothoracic imaging practices and remain current in subspecialty Body imaging technology and scientific publications
Participate in the Health System Radiology service line Peer Learning system
Maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care as well as specialty certification and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
Fellowship training or Fellowship level experience in Body/Cardiothoracic/Oncologic imaging preferred.
Strong proficiency in interpreting CT, MRI, and Ultrasound interpretation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and teleradiology platforms.
Ability to manage a full caseload and meet established service line productivity and quality benchmarks

Additional requirements include:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Advanced certification in Computed Tomography is preferred.
AHA BLS required.

The Mammography Technologist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operates radiographic equipment and monitors it for functionality; promptly reports malfunctions
Uses safety devices such as cones, collimators, lead aprons, gloves and gonad shields to assure maximum radiation safety
Performs necessary computer and clerical functions regarding exam requests
Stocks and maintains orderliness in exam rooms
Utilizes appropriate nursing procedure technique to provide necessary care and safety for patients while in the department
Maintains mammography comparison films, mammography lay letters to patients, and bone densitometry orders
Tracks and retrieves films that have been checked out to other facilities The Radiology Tech Mammography reports to the Lead Technologist and/or Radiology Manager / Director. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Exposed to moveable trays, bins, etc, electrical equipment; to contamination or infection through accidental needle punctures, chemical fumes from processors while developing radiographs, to radiation, and patients with contagious diseases. Assists the physician in performing a variety of examinations by using standard department protocols, isolation precautions, and/or sterile techniques.
Demonstrates the ability to recognize clinical and/or emergent problems that may interfere with exams and takes appropriate action to resolve them while producing the most desirable outcomes.
Participates in department/hospital performance improvement initiatives, in-services, meetings, and community programs.

Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessment and observation for assigned clients
Consistently monitor and modify programming based on client performance
Identify formal assessment needs for assigned clients at intake and reauthorization accordingly
Conduct assessments based on client needs/deficits (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.)
Make clinical recommendations based on assessment results that directly address the symptomology of ASD according to the DSM-V

Determine equipment/materials needed for program implementation

Complete reports in a timely and thorough manner according to Constellation Kids policy
Provide direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients when applicable/needed
Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients on a weekly basis at minimum
Provide supervision quantity based on technician and client needs without exceeding payer approved amounts
Consult with schools and other organizations as assigned
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Submit documentation to department leadership for review in a timely manner as needed/required
Conduct staff training as assigned
