I have been fortunate enough to achieve a dynamic executive career spanning over two decades. I founded Global Views; helping local businesses achieve global platform. I work with a variety of fields including artists, designers, F+b brands, jewelry, and health insurance.Prior to that I was a C level executive at an International Health Insurance group. My role was Global Commercial Director, which is the equivalent of CSO/CMO. I had direct responsibility for all Sales, Marketing,Branding,P.R and Communications. For the last 23 years I have also founded and run an International Charitable Foundation. My expertise is strategic communications, leadership, multi-cultural mindset and objective is to deliver at the highest level in all facets of my life. I am inspired by learning something new everyday and sharing the benefit of my experiences with the next generation.Open to relocation and/or remote.

Since 2017, Robert has served as Crosby's chief commercial officer, leading sales and marketing efforts and playing a key role in designing and implementing the company's strategy. Previously, Robert was a KKR industry advisor since 2011, working across KKR's industrial portfolio companies. In this role, Robert spent considerable time working with Crosby across many functions since 2013. Before his involvement with KKR, Robert led Terex's construction equipment business for North America, South America, and Asia, as well as their global aftermarket business. Prior to Terex, he served as a founding partner and the CEO of Carlisle & Co., a consulting firm focused on channel management and product support for industrial and automotive companies with blue chip industrial clients.
