Job Description Position Overview: Plans the daily/weekly work schedule of drivers to maximize freight coverage in a timely and cost efficient manner. Apply THC if needed. • Apply any additional charges including and notifying customer service of changes. • Track/Maintain Yard Report, MDR, CNI, Pay Before Manifest and Divisional Pool. • Actively participate in driver recruiting and retention. • Trace equipment for ERD and LFD. • Processes ATP's and Non-Productive pay. • Review preliminary payroll.
