Clint Drawdy is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, market engagement and leading the culture/values for the organization. He is dedicated to creating meaningful work for iMethods employees, enabling them to succeed both at work and in their personal lives. A recognized leader in the recruiting industry since 1995, Clint has helped to grow people and profits in a series of progressively responsible leadership positions in the healthcare, banking, automotive, engineering, and IT industries. Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Florida State University and was also a graduate from the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)/MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s Program. Clint Drawdy and his wife Jennifer are active in their church and homeschool their four children. The whole family shares a love of travel, camping and many other outdoor activities available in beautiful Northeast Florida. They have been blessed to have travelled to all 48 contiguous United States together. Clint also loves music, history and culture. He is active in his community and currently serves on the Baptist Medical Center South Board of Directors as the Chairman. He has also been an active member of the Rotary Club of Deerwood for many years. One of his proudest achievements has been serving as a youth sports coach for both recreational leagues and with high schoolers as an assistant football coach.
