Position Summary The Staff Attorney provides direct legal representation and advocacy to low-income individuals and families facing housing instability. The role focuses on eviction defense, housing rights, and related civil legal matters, working closely with internal staff and community partners to deliver holistic, trauma-informed legal services. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in housing-related matters, including eviction defense, unlawful detainers, habitability issues, foreclosure prevention, and housing subsidy terminations.
