  • Client Engagement Manager - Estero, FL

    Tier4 Group

Non profit job in Estero, FL

Job Description Job Title: Client Engagement Manager Job Summary: The Client Engagement Manager is essentially the bridge between our organization and our clients' leadership teams. The role sits in that important middle ground: not quite account management in the sales sense, not quite project management, but rather relationship orchestration with an eye toward adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The Client Engagement Manager owns the overall client relationship post-sale, ensuring successful adoption, ongoing satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. This role is part strategist, part relationship-builder, and part coordinator. The CEM partners with clients to understand their goals, translates those into actionable success plans, and orchestrates internal resources (support, technical, product, operations) to deliver on commitments. Responsibilities: · Client Relationship Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted advisor status with key stakeholders. · Engagement Planning: Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies that align service capabilities with client business objectives. · Business Reviews: Conduct regular executive-level check-ins (QBRs/MBRs) to demonstrate ROI, share insights, and align on future opportunities. · Adoption & Retention: Drive service adoption across client teams; monitor engagement metrics and proactively address risks of churn. · Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with sales, support, technical teams, and product management to ensure seamless client experience. · Issue Escalation Management: Own and coordinate resolution of major client issues while maintaining positive client sentiment. · Growth Support: Identify upsell or expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales, but without a quota-bearing sales focus. · Voice of the Customer: Advocate for client needs internally; provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams. Requirements: · Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; able to operate confidently at both operational and executive levels. · Solid understanding of technology solutions (not engineering depth, but fluent enough to discuss integration and business impact). · Skilled in storytelling with data: able to package metrics and insights into persuasive business reviews. · Business acumen: able to connect technical capabilities to client business outcomes. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study · Travel to client locations as needed Desired Skills: · Assertive and skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels · Strong management skills with the ability to coach and lead · Professionalism, leadership, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, clients, vendors, and others · Exceptional organizational skills · Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills Work Location: 100% in-office. Employment Terms: Full-time, In-office, Exempt, Salary. Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after introductory period. Typical business hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays.

KEYWORDS: multimedia, social media, storytelling, data visualization, photography PURPOSE This Science Communication Assistant is an AmeriCorps position. The San Francisco Bay Area Network's monitoring programs and parks' scientific endeavors are vital for understanding how to meet the National Park Service's mission to conserve parks' natural and cultural resources for future generations. The data they yield help park managers know when things are amiss and what to do about it. But if no one else knows what the data are saying, it can be tough for park resource managers to get their communities on board to take meaningful action. That's where this service opportunity comes in. It will broaden understanding of, and support for, long-term data collection and conservation action in Bay Area national parks by telling compelling stories about park science and monitoring results to staff parkwide, and to the tens of thousands of people who follow these parks on social media and/or visit their websites. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The San Francisco Bay Area Inventory and Monitoring Network (SFAN) manages 13 long-term monitoring programs in collaboration with five national parks, including Golden Gate National Recreation Area and Point Reyes National Seashore. These ‘vital signs' monitoring programs give us valuable information about the health of park ecosystems and how that health is changing over time. Golden Gate and Point Reyes manage many additional natural resources monitoring and conservation programs. The participant will be an integral part of a collaborative SFAN, Golden Gate, and Point Reyes Science Communication Team, which helps to spread the word about what scientists are learning in Bay Area national parks. The participant's primary duties will involve developing engaging website and social media content highlighting current park-based science and designing fun, informative, digital products to report on the latest learnings from SFAN vital signs monitoring programs. The participant will be expected to perform background research; interview staff scientists; write articles for public audiences; design data visualizations; draft social media posts; and join various field crews to gather ideas, inspiration, and supporting media (photos/videos/audio/etc.). Network and/or partner-owned photo, video, and audio equipment will be available for participant use. The participant will also coordinate with park interpretive rangers and refer to National Park Service social media content calendars when developing park website and social media content. They'll have access to the Microsoft Office suite, and to Adobe products like Photoshop, Animate, and Premiere for editing or developing media. In addition, the participant will contribute articles to the SFAN e-newsletter & blog, and use Adobe products and NPGallery, the National Park Service's digital asset management system, to edit and catalog SFAN media for future use. DELIVERABLES Deliverables will include: 1) new or updated content for priority nature and science webpages on the Golden Gate and Point Reyes websites; 2) multimedia seasonal summaries for 2-3 San Francisco Bay Area Network vital signs, potentially combining NPS.gov web articles with ArcGIS StoryMaps or similar; 3) two informative and engaging social media content series (a combination of posts and reels) leveraging personal field experiences, scientist interviews, audiovisual media, and/or existing web content to explore the who/what/where/how/why of park science and of SFAN monitoring projects for park Facebook and Instagram accounts; 4) opportunistic social media posts to share timely updates; 5) e-newsletter/blog articles on timely science or natural resources topics; and 6) a collection of media gathered from the field, edited and annotated for future use. QUALIFICATIONS United States citizen, United States national, or a lawful permanent resident alien. Has received a high school diploma or equivalency certificate; or has not dropped out of secondary school to enroll as an AmeriCorps participant and agrees to obtain a high school diploma or its equivalent prior to using the education award Prior to starting the position, agrees to provide information to establish eligibility and to complete a National Service Criminal History Check for the employer of record, Conservation Legacy, and a separate government security background check for the host site. A science communication portfolio/projects samples may be requested.
