Coaches, mentors, facilitates and assists individuals to set employment-related goals and address barriers to employment within the scope of the agency's policies, procedures, and budget. Supports Senior Program Manager with identifying available resources and employment opportunities available to assist clients interested in career exploration within the clean energy sector. Helps clients establish an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and follows up to ensure implementation. Assists Senior Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator with program design, implementation and instructional facilitating of curriculum.
