Head of Account Management, Digital
We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Account Management team. You will build, mentor, and coach a team of team leads and account managers (over 40 total) who are responsible for accelerating the growth of our strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue. You are comfortable streamlining complex team operations, encouraging effective collaboration, and engaging with executives to drive mutual beneficial outcomes. What you'll do
Lead a business focused team of managers and their direct reports. Develop and motivate, and coach in areas including but not limited to: people management, expectation setting, strategic portfolio growth, and conflict management
Serve as an executive stakeholder, providing strategic and consultative advice to influence and fulfill the global payments strategy of merchants
Set clear individual and team goals focused on commercial growth and business impact. Report on performance and metrics at an executive level
Identify and work with cross functional teams to improve internal processes and product offerings the enable scaled growth and enhance our merchant experience

Who you are
An energetic self-starter with a proven commercial edge in a high growth technology environment, entrepreneurial track record and strong negotiation skills
Experience scaling a client facing or revenue generating function within a fast paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrate understanding of the unique commercial and operational drivers of enterprise businesses
An excellent written and oral communicator and team player with strong management skills and business aptitude
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience in building and managing large multi-level teams
8+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a related field

Summary of the Senior Accountant I, Revenue
The Senior Accountant I, Revenue will manage and support all aspects of the revenue cycle within the organization. This role ensures timely and accurate billing, assists with customer inquiries, and prepares month-end entries. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing large volumes of data, managing customer invoicing, and contributing to month-end close and reporting. Success in this position requires adaptability, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant I, Revenue
Review and format data for invoicing
Generate and QA invoices for all service types and frequencies
Create revenue dashboards to analyze trends at customer and product levels
Process credit memos and reconcile customer accounts
Reconcile deferred revenue schedules
Collaborate with contracts, customer operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy
Identify and research anomalies in data trends
Troubleshoot issues leading to billing errors
Assist with training staff accountants
Extract, manipulate, and combine data from multiple systems for accurate billing
Support accounts receivable, sales tax payable, and collections
Analyze third-party vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)

Senior RevenueAccountan
t and play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, ASC 606 compliance, and continued scaling of our internal revenue processes. In this role, you will own the accounting for professional services customer contracts, including billings, revenue recognition, and margin analysis. You will prepare monthly journal entries, perform reconciliations of revenue-related general ledger accounts, and support the integrity of revenue reporting.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing corporate bookings metrics across global revenue. This is a high-impact role that offers broad exposure to the business and close cross-functional collaboration with Go-To-Market teams, including Deal Desk, Order Management, and Sales, to support deal structuring and operational execution.
Your Impact
Support processing and review of professional services contracts, billing, and revenue schedules within Workday. Evaluate and document the accounting treatment for non-standard revenue transactions.
Support close process efforts, including necessary journal entries, analyses of accounts, reconciliations for revenue, margins, and other related accounts and other financial reporting requirements.
Understand and apply internal bookings policy to annual contract value calculations and reporting.
Develop a strong working knowledge of Anaplan's ERP environment (Workday and Salesforce) and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot issues and navigate systems independently.
Review amendments to executed contracts to ensure compliance with company revenue recognition policy and serve as the final checkpoint before processing.
Assist in identifying opportunities for revenue and quote-to-cash process efficiencies.
Participate in revenueaccounting and quote-to-cash cycle special projects.
Support cross-department efforts and build relationships with other teams, including accounting, FP&A, sales, deal desk, and legal.
Assist with external audit requests for revenue and quote-to-cash cycle.
Complete Anaplan training and assist in the improvement and development of internally used Anaplan models.
Your Qualifications
2+ years of revenue recognition experience, preferably with Big 4 Public Accounting, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standards, specifically ASC 606
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing company where adaptability is imperative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex scenarios and topics to team and supervisors in a clear, logical manner
Ability to research and apply applicable accounting guidance
Nice to Have
Experience with public SaaS revenue companies

Job Summary:
Perform accounting, analysis and reporting for capital projects and fixed assets of NRG Inc and its affiliates.
Essential Duties:
Perform the accounting, processing, and analysis of fixed assets.
Perform fixed asset accounting functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger month end close. Duties will include calculation of monthly Capitalized Interest and depreciation, capitalization of CIP projects, preparation of necessary journal entries and posting thereof in the accounting system.
Record and maintain records of fixed assets, including additions, retirements, and transfers.
Reconcile fixed asset accounts to general ledger on a monthly basis.
Support the Corporate Tax group with the annual property tax filings.
Liaison with plants, accounting and other groups to facilitate CIP reviews and month end close tasks.
Assist with external and internal audit requests.
Report monthly variance on capital expenditures to FP&A and Operations group.
Prepare depreciation forecast for NRG and its affiliates.
Provide assistance with special projects as necessary.
Working Conditions:
Open office environment
Position is designated as hybrid, meaning 3 days per week in the office, two days per week remote. Hybrid schedule determined by management.
Some overtime may be required during close cycle and for special projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Two to three years of experience in general accounting and finance.

The base salary range for this position is: $*62,960-103,920 *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
