Pam is the Chief Executive Officer at Imperva, the cybersecurity leader championing the fight to secure data and applications wherever they reside.

Pam was previously Chief Operating Officer at Infor - the world's third largest enterprise software company - headquartered in New York City, providing world-class solutions for specific industries and micro-verticals, serving over 70,000 customers in 125 countries with 18,000 employees across the globe.

Prior to Infor, Pam held multiple leadership positions at Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) and prior to that at Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen. She is on the Board of Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) and is an investor and advisor to FINTECH start-ups.

Pam has 25+ years’ experience spanning finance, field sales, revenue management, cloud product development & architecture, professional services, industry specialization (e.g. Healthcare, Discrete & Process Manufacturing, Services Industries, Hospitality, Public Sector), company turnarounds, setting new high-growth strategy, M&A, business development plus deep operational experience in running global organizations. Public and private company experience. Extensive international experience having held a variety of roles in Europe, Middle East, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

Financial executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in both public and private technology companies including hardware, software, and SaaS based models. Extensive experience in all aspects of finance and accounting including controllership, financial planning and analysis, debt and equity financings, acquisition due diligence and integration, taxation, and business partnership with executive teams. Strategic leader with ability to partner with internal and external executives.

Julien joined Imperva when Prevoty, a company he co-founded in 2013 and where he served as CEO, was acquired by Imperva in August 2018. Previously, he founded Personagraph, an Intertrust company focused on mobile user privacy. Before joining Intertrust he built and led Thomson/Technicolor’s digital advertising business unit in Latin America.

He received a BS from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

Kunal Anand is the co-founder and CTO of Prevoty, a next-generation web application security platform. Prior to that, he was the Director of Technology at the BBC Worldwide, overseeing engineering and operations across the company’s global Digital Entertainment and Gaming initiatives. Kunal also has several years of experience leading security, data and engineering at Gravity, MySpace and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. His work has been featured in Wired Magazine and Fast Company. He continues to develop the patented security technologies that power Prevoty’s core products. Kunal received a B.S. from Babson College.

Nanhi Singh is Chief Customer Officer at Imperva, responsible for all functions that enhance customer experience and value. This includes customer support, consulting, training, services, customer success, and renewals. Prior to Imperva, Nanhi was SVP, Customer Retention and Renewals for Symantec and held leadership roles at Blue Coat Systems and Nokia. She has been in the enterprise IT Security industry since 2001. Nanhi holds a B.Com. Honors degree from Delhi University. Nanhi is committed to greater diversity in the tech industry and believes in the power of mentoring. She is an active volunteer with the TechWomen Program.

Paul Sexton is a Chief Human Resources Officer at IMPERVA INC and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Senior Director, Human Resources - Asia Pacific & Japan at Dell EMC; Senior HR Manager - Asia South Region at Symantec Corp; and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at NXP Semiconductors. Paul attended GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY between 1994 and 1996.
