Escalate complex questions or customer needs to senior SOC Advisors or relevant internal teams for support and resolution.

The Role
We are seeking a professional, mature and motivated PIC with international experience to join our small but expanding flight department. The Global Express Captain ensures that all flight operations meet or exceed applicable federal regulations and company standards. As an ISBAO Stage II flight department, Strategy has been providing VVIP travel services for our company's top executives for 15+ years.
Your Focus:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft while serving as PIC or SIC. Ensure full compliance with all applicable FAA and TSA regulations, as well as company-specific flight standards.
Maintain required pilot licensure, medical certifications and applicable training in accordance with FAA requirements and company policies.
Deliver a high level of customer service while demonstrating Strategy's culture of safety and professionalism.
Coordinate with corporate security specialists as needed while planning and operating each flight.
Ensure that the aircraft is airworthy, registered, and all required documentation is aboard the aircraft.
Complete facility assessments to ensure the suitability of proposed airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) regarding airport runway, taxiway and parking facilities, as well as FBO fueling services, passenger transportation, ramp access, services and amenities, fees, security, and availability of customs services for proposed aircraft operations.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, including evaluating aircraft performance, weight and balance calculations, fuel requirements, weather conditions review, and route optimization. Make decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights and deviate the flight from the planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. Communicate planned changes promptly.
Complete the Strategy Flight Risk Assessment Tool prior to each flight.
Ensures completion of an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure by either the PIC or SIC.
Complete all aircraft operations using pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists and documentation procedures.
Operate the aircraft per the Strategy Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and in accordance with published aircraft limitations.
Complete all postflight duties, including notifying the company of deviations to any planned itinerary, schedule, or overnight location.
Maintain detailed knowledge of FARs, Strategy FOM, air traffic control procedures, and aircraft systems.
Strive for and promote a safe, team-oriented approach in managing each flight using industry-accepted Crew Resource Management techniques and best practices.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor as a representative of Strategy when dealing with service providers, vendors, and the public.
Record flight times and aircraft defects, and at the conclusion of each flight, provide a timely update to maintenance personnel regarding the mechanical status of the aircraft.
Assume any duties as delegated by the Director of Aviation.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating and Global Express type rating.

Role Summary
SonicWall is seeking a Principal Technical Content Developer to lead the creation of impactful, scalable, and engaging enablement content for our global sales and partner ecosystem. This is a senior-level role responsible for translating complex cybersecurity concepts into effective learning experiences that empower sellers, sales engineers, and partners to confidently position and sell SonicWall's portfolio.
This individual will collaborate closely with product management, product marketing, technical experts, and field leadership to develop technical narratives, sales tools, demos, and role-specific learning content. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cybersecurity, instructional design, and sales/technical training-with a passion for transforming technical knowledge into engaging learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead content strategist and developer for technical sales enablement programs, including SonicWall's firewalls, Cloud Secure Edge, MSSP solutions, and endpoint offerings.
Translate complex product and solution messaging into engaging, audience-appropriate content for sales reps, SEs, and partners.
Create and maintain scalable content assets including:
Technical one-pagers, sales plays, and competitive guides
Demo scripts, call flows, and objection handling resources
Modular eLearning content, technical how-to videos, and job aids
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product positioning and use cases.
Drive content design using modern instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and tools such as Mindtickle, Articulate 360, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Support global product launches, sales campaigns, and onboarding initiatives with high-impact technical enablement.
Own and refine content development processes and templates to improve content findability, reuse, and consistency across the learning ecosystem.
Provide mentorship and content quality review for junior team members or contract developers.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in technical content development, instructional design, or technical training-preferably in the cybersecurity or enterprise IT space.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, SASE, zero trust, endpoint security, and secure remote access.
Experience building enablement content for field sellers, inside sales, and/or channel partners.
Proven ability to synthesize technical information into clear, concise, and engaging learning formats.
Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and LMS platforms (Mindtickle experience preferred).
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.

The Role
We are seeking a professional, mature and motivated PIC with international experience to join our small but expanding flight department. The Global Express Captain ensures that all flight operations meet or exceed applicable federal regulations and company standards. As an ISBAO Stage II flight department, Strategy has been providing VVIP travel services for our company's top executives for 15+ years.
Your Focus:
* Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft while serving as PIC or SIC. Ensure full compliance with all applicable FAA and TSA regulations, as well as company-specific flight standards.
* Maintain required pilot licensure, medical certifications and applicable training in accordance with FAA requirements and company policies.
* Deliver a high level of customer service while demonstrating Strategy's culture of safety and professionalism.
* Coordinate with corporate security specialists as needed while planning and operating each flight.
* Ensure that the aircraft is airworthy, registered, and all required documentation is aboard the aircraft.
* Complete facility assessments to ensure the suitability of proposed airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) regarding airport runway, taxiway and parking facilities, as well as FBO fueling services, passenger transportation, ramp access, services and amenities, fees, security, and availability of customs services for proposed aircraft operations.
* Conduct thorough preflight planning, including evaluating aircraft performance, weight and balance calculations, fuel requirements, weather conditions review, and route optimization. Make decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights and deviate the flight from the planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. Communicate planned changes promptly.
* Complete the Strategy Flight Risk Assessment Tool prior to each flight.
* Ensures completion of an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure by either the PIC or SIC.
* Complete all aircraft operations using pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists and documentation procedures.
* Operate the aircraft per the Strategy Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and in accordance with published aircraft limitations.
* Complete all postflight duties, including notifying the company of deviations to any planned itinerary, schedule, or overnight location.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of FARs, Strategy FOM, air traffic control procedures, and aircraft systems.
* Strive for and promote a safe, team-oriented approach in managing each flight using industry-accepted Crew Resource Management techniques and best practices.
* Maintain a polite and professional demeanor as a representative of Strategy when dealing with service providers, vendors, and the public.
* Record flight times and aircraft defects, and at the conclusion of each flight, provide a timely update to maintenance personnel regarding the mechanical status of the aircraft.
* Assume any duties as delegated by the Director of Aviation.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
* FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating and Global Express type rating.
* First-Class FAA Medical Certificate
* Possess an FCC Radiotelephone License
* Must hold a valid passport, driver's license, and have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
* Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, limitations, and avionics.
* Demonstrated command of fundamental airmanship, including manual flying ability and precise aircraft control.
* High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to customer service excellence.
