The Commercial Card Implementation Coordinator (IC) is responsible for providing support to the Implementation Specialist gathering set-up details to ensure set-up and card issuance is correct and done within client launch requirements.

The IC will also be the high-level, high touch client support for 2nd level expertise for anything needed to be completed within the card processor or Network tools as changes need to be completed. The IM will also be responsible for the implementation of smaller tier clients. Clients within this tier will typically be implemented via phone calls and using TEAMS meetings to secure the information needed to implement the clients. The card tool implementations and training will also be done by this team.
Responsibilities

* Implement all smaller tier spend Commercial Card clients.
* Contact with the client will be made to send an e-mail of suggested times to conference to gather implementation details within 24 to 48 hours after the assignment is made
* Will take 2nd level service calls and help clients or internal partners when clients need help not supported by the 1st level servicing support team.
* Will partner with the Implementation Consultant to gather specific details of client builds in the processor platform and will get final approval in writing from the Implementation Consultant to continue with the set-up and order of cards once the IC approves the details are correct and ready to be built and cards ordered
* Training for clients within the threshold of implementation and will have the Technical Consultant/Trainer assist if complex set-up
* Keep all implementation and platform documentation up to date related to the segment thresholds
* Understand all commercial card products and processor system capabilities
* Engage the card account manager for a formal hand-off to the client after one or two cycles are complete and client is stable.
* Leverage other departments to include needed resources
* Client and teammate experience is the center of most if not all key strategies and tactics
* Effectively communicate and engage key leaders within the bank to guide and lead partners to drive greater performance and client experience
* Ensure all teammates understand and embrace Texas Capital Bank core values, compliance and illustrate strong business ethics
* Drive a culture of spirited competitiveness, teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business related field (Accounting, Procurement or equivalent business experience) a plus.
* 2 or more years of commercial card implementation or servicing required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required
