Michael B. Polk (born 1960/61) is an American businessman, and was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Newell Brands from 2011 until his retirement in 2019.

Andrew Louis is the Vice President of Operations for Implus. A member of the Implus senior leadership team, Andy comes to Implus from Amazon where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as a General Manager and North American Launch Team Director. At Implus, Andy directs, coordinates and strategically manages all aspects of the operational processes, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Andy is a welcome addition to the Implus team. Andy received a B.A. degree in mathematics from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, and an M.B.A. focusing on Operations Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.

Gwen Moilanen-Kollar is a Chief Information Officer at Implus and is based in Sparta, New Jersey.
