If a participant chooses not to participate in the upkeep of their home, including meal prep and personal care, it is the staff's responsibility to make sure the home is an appropriate environment. Assist in the update of each participant's property list as needed. Assist in the upkeep of all participants' financial records in the home. This includes all participants' cash ledgers, budget sheets, and receipts. Submit these items to the fiscal department as required. Conduct monthly safety drills according to the Safety and Security Procedures. Provide medical assistance to participants as needed. Regularly complete all required medical routines and documentation. Address participants' medical issues proactively. Assist participants with operation, usage, and maintenance of adaptive devices.
