As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings. Hours: Full-time or Part-time hours available. Evenings or Overnights with every other weekend required. Shift Hours: Evening shift is 3p-11p. Overnight shift is 11p-7a. Flexible scheduling for all shifts is also available. Every other weekend is required for all shifts. Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation. Personality Traits: Empathy. Patience. Understanding. Compassion. Adaptable. Respectful. Dependable. Sound Judgement. Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience not required - we will train you! Pay: $16/ hour is starting. Pay range is $16- $17 an hour. We pay more for direct experience and holding an active Nebraska CNA license! We also offer CEU's for anyone with a CNA license to keep your license active while you do meaningful and life transforming work as a DSP!
