The Allergy and Immunology APRN specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of allergic and immunologic conditions in infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting. The APRN will manage a broad spectrum of conditions including food allergies, eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma, primary immunodeficiencies, and select autoimmune disorders. This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care through detailed history taking, thorough physical examinations, and the ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies. The APRN will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor disease progression, and educate patients and families on the management of chronic allergic and immunologic conditions to support optimal health outcomes. The Neurology APRN works collaboratively with the Neurologist and other colleagues to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with neurologic concerns.
