Main Duties & Responsibilities
Performs history and physical on new/return patients throughout the lifespan.
Assess, plan, and treat patient needs within an urgent care setting and triage patients to differentiate between immediate and less urgent care.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies, MSN or DNP from accredited nursing school, OR MD/DO
For MD/DO candidates - Completion of residency training in Family Medicine or Pediatrics and Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Pediatrics.
For Advanced Practice Providers - Active PA or APRN license in Illinois and Board Certified. Must maintain an active collaboration practice agreement with an Erie Physician if does not have Full Practice Authority.

Minimum of two years of experience as Urgent Care/ Family practice and/or primary care

* Extends reach of on-site radiologists by performing advanced image-guided procedures, as privileged under direct radiologist supervision, including, but not limited to:
* Fluoroscopy procedures
* Esophagrams, swallow studies, upper GI, small bowel studies and barium enemas
* Arthrograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms, epidurals, tube replacements and exchanges, joint injections and aspirations, replacement/exchange of nephrostomy and abscess drainage catheters
