Ensure a safe and secure environment, assisting with home maintenance and security protocols. Conduct and document scheduled fire drills. Documentation & Reporting: Complete accurate and timely documentation of youth observations, progress, and updates based on individual care plans. Perform daily record keeping (e.g., data collection, daily logs) and ensure seamless information exchange across shifts. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Driving: Valid North Carolina Driver's License, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation. Must pass a driving record check.
