Responsibilities include providing daily living support to people with disabilities in their home, assisting them to achieve their personal goals. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with personal care, bathing, mealtime, positioning, lifting, shopping, and involvement in the community. Assist in the evaluation process for employees c. Carry out assigned duties when the Manager is absent 2. Scheduling a. Assist the Manager with scheduling and staffing 3. Support plans a. Provide input and information into the development of individual support plans. b. Maintain knowledge and ensure implementation of each person's individualized support plan (including behavior, dietary, medical, etc.). 4. Community involvement a. Assist people in accessing and participating in community services and events of their choice. b. Assist people in developing and maintaining relationships within the community. 5. Driving a.
