Must love animals (and not allergic to them) A valid TX driver's license Must drive your own car with proof of valid TX insurance Must be able to drive in the dark and in inclement weather Must be able to arrive to jobs in a timely manner, read maps and/or GPS without difficulty Clean up dog, cat and other pet waste (Note: Pregnant women should not handle cat litter boxes as it may be harmful to the fetus) Must be able to walk up to 2 consecutive miles without discomfort or pain Must be able to bend at the knees, bend over and/or twist at the waist without discomfort or pain Must be able to use their hands, raise arms up and over the head without discomfort or pain Should be able to lift up to 40 pounds without discomfort or pain Must understand, speak, read and write fluent English A working smart phone (like an iPhone) with access to the internet with or without wifi Ability to pass a security clearance and background check Ability to write a note to the client explaining the activities of the pet visit. Team members must: Good Vibes Be reliable and dependable Love dogs, cats, and all things furry, feathery, finny or of similar likes Have a Smart phone Be physically and mentally prepared to be outside and walking in all sorts of Houston weather What is required for this position: Daily access to a dependable transportation Hours of availability is flexible but we are looking to fill visits for: Midday Morning/Evening Weekends Holidays This job pays per visit starting at $15 a visit plus all TIPS go to you. Expect 2-7 walks a day but we are growing fast and we want your help! Some staff members make $400-$600 a month. Don't forget about the sloppy dog kisses, happy tail wags, and make a difference for an appreciative fur baby. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time *MUST live within or near our service areas in the 610 loop: River Oaks, The Heights, Montrose, Bellaire, West University, Upper Kirby, Museum District and Midtown.
