Bark Avenue Pet Supply is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Shelf Stock Associate to support daily stocking and inventory operations at both our Gilbert and Mesa locations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels, efficient product flow between locations, and organized, fully stocked sales floors and warehouse areas.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, highly organized, and comfortable handling frequent shipments, transfers, and inventory movement. Limited customer interaction may be required when supporting the sales floor during peak periods.
Starting Pay: $15.50
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments at both locations
Stock shelves accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper placement, rotation, and presentation
Maintain backstock, overstock, and warehouse organization standards
Transfer product between Gilbert and Mesa locations using company procedures
Verify shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages promptly
Ensure inventory is moved safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques
Assist with inventory counts and stock audits as needed
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in receiving, storage, and sales floor areas
Support the sales floor as needed, including basic customer assistance related to product location or nutrition
Participate in vendor and internal training sessions related to inventory and product knowledge
